There are 90 one a day capsules in the tub, so it will last for 3 months, making them good value, I think. They are capsules, so easier to swallow than tablets, I find, although they are quite large, so you do need to take a big drink of water, least ways, I do. I find them tasteless and odourless, but I don't have the best sense of smell.I like to take oregano during the winter as it helps to boost the immune system during the flu season. It can also inhibit the virus that causes cold sores, so if you suffer with those then oregano is worth taking for that benefit alone, I think. It is a strong anti-viral, anti-fungal and antiseptic and I read a while back that it can even clean a septic tank!

An easy to swallow, regular sized capsule that seems to be having a positive effect, I will need to contiune use for longer but so far so good.

I have been taking Oregano oil every day for the last 4 months and had a HUGE improvement in my Immune and digestive system. Also, it has been helping me with gum disease as I frequently wash my mouth with water/few oil drops. I’m definitely happy and convinced of the oregano properties/benefits.That being said, I have decided to order these “FULL SPECTRUM” capsules as a replacement for my Oregano oil and hope to achieve a “next level” in terms of an immune system boost …I’ve already started taking it and have been very optimistic about it. The capsules are a good size and soft, so no issues swallowing them. The bottle comes with 90 capsules, so basically a supply for 90 days considering I’m taking 1 capsule a day as recommended.Overall, a very good experience and I’ll definitely carry on using this magnificent Herb!

Was a bit under the weather recently so started popping these guys. Obviously, it could be a coincidence but I felt a lot better after a couple of days. I don't take this sort of thing day to day so these will last me quite a long while.These are from a good quality brand so worth a go if you have had good results from oregano before. I didn't get any after taste from these but since people seem to so guess you may fall in one side of the fence or the other!

I take Oregano on a daily basis. Very good for your health and immune system. The capsules are not small, not big and I have no problem swallowing them with a glass of water. A slight herbal taste and smell but nothing unpleasant. I think that they are definitely worth the buy and are reasonable value for money. I recommend 👍

I really like oregano as a supplement when I feel I’m getting under the weather, and especially in the winter months. I don’t like to take it continuously as it can mess with your gut flora a bit, but just take a good pre/probiotic with it to support. Usually I’d use the oil, but sometimes I just don’t like the taste if I’m not feeling good. These capsules smell reassuringly of oregano and are easy to take with not too much taste. Great alternative to the oil. Only 1 a day needed so 90 day supply is good for the price.

Très bonne odeur d'origan. Ces Gélules sont très faciles à boire. l'origan a de très bons effets sur la santé il permet de combattre les bactéries c'est un antibactérien naturel très efficace. La verdad que me equivoqué no quería cápsulas de orégano porque tengo mucho orégano plantado lo que realmente querría era, El aceite de orégano y veo una barbaridad de exagerado el precio por unas cápsulas de orégano no me di cuenta me equivoqué Esq ni soñando compro yo orégano ya q el kilo de orégano cuesta lo mismo que las cápsulas q compré de orégano es una estafa mucho puede costar 2 euros 90 cápsulas de orégano anda que que manera de robar
