My Betta loves these pellets. He was fed on flake food at the shop where I bought him, and I switched him to these as soon as I got him home. He took to them straight away and eats them rapidly. He recognises the packet when I approach with it and goes to his feeding spot before they are even in the tank. His colour has really started to develop since he's been eating them too. No mess and no fuss and you can easily control feeding intake - which is of course crucial with these greedy fish and their delicate digestive systems! No risk of mess or waste as with flake food either, so water quality is better and easier to maintain. He's happy and healthy, couldn't ask for more.

Bought these as wanted to add some variety to my Betta’s diet. Brilliant value for good quality food! My betta loves these pellets. They’re a good small size too and a little can go a long way so be careful not to overfeed. Will be purchasing more when we run out but you get hundreds in the small packet!

Quality of this product I think is good (I am judging the purely on the fact that my Betta will always choose this over other foods in the tank). Pellets are very small so perfect for Bettas as they are easy to eat. Pellets also float so the Betta has chance to actually get some food before the middle tank feeders demolish it. The packet is very small though and won't last very long so I thought it was expensive for the amount received but fish keeping isn't exactly a cheap hobby anyway. I may try other sources to see if I can get the product cheaper.Update: have added a star because even though the packet is small, if you only have one Betta (or a small number), it actually lasts ages. Betta's don't need that many pellets due to their small stomach size so I found that whilst the packet did appear extremely small, if I'd had anymore it would probably have expired before i'd have chance to use it all. Haven't found any sources that are much cheaper so will continue to purchase from Amazon.

I've used this food for years and my Betta's excel in health, size, fin quality and color.I complement their diet with Tetra Betta Flakes and Bug Bites protein pellets.

I've been feeding my 1 betta fish on these (excluding the odd blood work and brine shrimp treat) for 3 months and I estimate I'll get another month out of it. He is a very picky eater band he absolutely loves them, he gets so excited and gladly accepts them every time. Unlike a lot of other betta pellets they are the perfect size he never spits them out. They also do not sink quickly. Like most Betts mine won't accept food that isn't on the surface. I've only ever seen the pellets sink if they've been in the tank a few hours. Additionally my betta was extremely thin when I got him he's now perfectly chubby and his colour is phenomenal.

It's a decent food nutritionally and the resealable packet keeps it fresh. The pellet size is right for an adult fighter fish. But it didn't work out as my fish hates the texture. I think the issue is they're about the size and shape of an egg, so she rolls them around in her mouth like she's cleaning an egg, then spits them. Worth starting with the smallest packet to see if your fish likes them.

Brand new 1 and a quarter inch crown tail Betta loves this! Initialy I crushed the first couple of pellets but once Cato had got a taste for it he was gulping down whole pellets easily after about 3 days. He seems to be growing fast and getting more colourful everyday. Has a strong smell so must be packed with lots of good nutrients! Fast delivery. Good price. Small quantity ideal for keeping fresh.
