It's 100% vegan and WHO certified as per the label.This one has 0 sugar added, the taste is not great but at the same time not bad too. All I do is quickly swallow and its much better than drinking green powder in water.This multivitamin is very important for improving immunity heart and very good for eyesight too.On the whole, this multivitamin is a much better supplement that the green powder and also a good alternate to the multivitamins available from the pharmacy as this is totally natural.My dad and I take 1 Nutrazee Red and Greens Multuvitamin tablet on alternate days in the morning, as on other days we take a ashwagandha & shilajeet based supplement. I have my doubts on this product . Have been taking nutraz and was fine , after a month of taking this ,I had bleeding gums .so stopped giving my kid their multi vitamin gummies .go for centrum
