I bought this to cover a very bright green LED on the shower. It came with some black ones, and they were really good for the landline phone light which is incredibly bright.

The blackout dims have proven great in past uses, but these are quite ridiculous. No chance do they block 80-90% of light. I estimate it’s closer to eight or nine percent. I had to stack quite literally seven on top of each other in order to sufficiently dim an LED that wasn’t even especially bright to begin with. If you have a few offenders, then there likely wont even be enough of each size on the sheet to meet your needs, especially as at least half of them are cut right through the backing layer and can’t be separated without ruining them.The kind of product where you are left feeling completely ripped off. Look elsewhere.

I used these to dim the digital display on a Dyson cool fan (I believe newer versions now have a dimmer). It took 5 pieces to dim the light to an acceptable level. Against a bright light the dimming is nothing like 80%. More like 15%. On the plus side, they are easy enough to use & even 5 used together does not look too bad.

They work just as stated. Use two, three or four depending on the brightness of the LED. One caveat - they're thin, so a little difficult to handle or move once fixed, but as long as you take care a really useful product.I used them on the LED indicators of smoke detectors that were so bright it was distracting to reduce to a level where they were visible but not obtrusive.

Plenty of different shapes and sizes supplied on a sheet. Easy to use and works very well to cut down on the light emitted from status LED's on white equipment without completely blocking the indication. For really stubborn bright Blue LED's two stickers can be used to help further reduce the light.

The "free gift" in the pack does a better job of reducing the light - or just use an address label.

Perfect for showing a device is on/connected but not intrusive.

There is a good selection of stickers in the packaging which was generic and not LightDims White Dims. Adhesion is good. However, it doesn't do what it's supposed to do - block out the light. Disappointed results compared to the black version. Better with white electrical tape as an alternative.
