Excellent quality and finish, tons of pockets and nifty solutions for all my wifes stuff, she is a nurse and uses this as her works bag.

Great quality and looks really good too. Good protection for all my tech. Fully adjustable laptop pocket to get the correct fit. Two tablet pockets, one large, one small. A lot of other pockets for organising your things. There's even an RFID shielded pocket to protect your wallet and credit cards. An excellent purchase. Highly recommended.

So sad that with this great overall design, the straps are so poorly attached the the case itself that they are coming away. Samsonite have replaced one after sending it back but the same is happening. Big design fault which is a shame.

I have 2 backpacks. The second one has a different zip lock on the laptop pocket. It has the labels and tags so I can't tell if the second one is fake.

Exactly what I need. Has some stiffness and some shape - this is very positive. Good range of pockets etc. Highly recommended.

I purchased this bag for traveling, as its only 1,2kg. I have used this bag 4 times, and on the 4th occasion the handles pulled from the back pack. The right hand side handle is almost fully detached. The left hand side, is starting to pull away. This is very disappointing, due to the Brand being my trusted brand for travel accessories.I didn't even carry a laptop in this bag so the weight was never more than 4 Kg.Samsonite have agreed to look into this for me, but I have to pay the cost of returning to them, and there is no guarantee they will repair or replace.I will be looking elsewhere for my bags in the future.
