it does leave visible dark residue in the water which requires cleaning, but other than that small issuse this an awesome, powerful soap that feels like it does your skin wonders, heals and cleanses, restores skin's balance

I don’t mind the scent, it’s not amazing however it does leave my skin feeling clean. Personally I use it as a face cleanser and it leaves my face feeling smooth . It’s a good size and as far as longevity it lasts quite a while. Overall great value for money

Lovely soap feel really clean when used great lather

I like traditional products anyway, from whatever place. These are traditional soaps from many African countries. Particularly these ones are Nigerian. They have a relatively good smell and are friendly to the skin. The only downside I can tell is that they leave black liquid around the bathtub and around the place you will leave that soap. So it is good to have a plastic bowl or some special soap holder, to leave them in there, in order to prevent a "black mess" and having to clean more.

2nd time I have bought these soaps. They last a long time and don't dry out my skin or activate my skin condition ...a type of dermatitis...they do have a completely different smell to any other soap I have ever had and I like the smell...it is not at all overpowering and suitable for both make and female

Have been using this product for around 6 months and I highly recommend it! My acne has diminished drastically, and I feel an overall improvement on the texture of my skin. Despite being so good at fighting bacteria, its still gentle enough as it doesn’t dry my skin or strip it of it natural goodness. The bar is nice and heavy and lasts for MONTHS. I might even recommend you cut the soap in half for easier handling.Now its not a miracle product; it did take a couple of weeks for me to notice its effects and I still get my little bouts of acne. But it’s a great daily cleanser that leaves you feeling squeaky clean without having any negative effects on the quality of your skin. A couple of things to be mindful of:- The soap does have a strong smell which might put off sensitive noses so something to be weary of.- It is, after all, a soap so if you get it in your eyes or accidently ingest a small amount, it’s going to be less than pleasant- Due to its colour, I have found that it leaves dark brownish streaks on my bathroom tile and can accumulate to leave behind a bit of residue but worry not as a quick splash of water and a swipe with your hand will make it disappear in a matter of seconds.Overall, a great little product for its price. If your looking for a good daily natural cleanser, free of harsh chemicals than this is the one for you!

Bought this as a few people recommended for eczema or being suitable for someone with skin complaints.The bar is very compact, long lasting and does make a lather, leaves skin clean. However, skin is left dry and in need of a lot of moisturiser. It is not suitable for hair wash, only body.

This is my favourite soap in the world! It smells divine, not just initially but throughout and until the very last wash. Unlike other soap, it doesn't leave any residue on my skin, it doesn't dry it out, it leaves a lovely scent and a clean feeling. It's mildly exfoliating which is a bonus. It's a large bar which lasts rather long and to me it's the best soap ever. Not to mention that it is made out of natural ingredients following a traditional recipe. Fab, fab, fab, I will for sure continue using this soap as it works for me, but I do appreciate that it may not be the same for everyone. But for this attractive price I think it's worth giving it a go.

Ist für mich die beste Seife überhaupt, benutze diese seit 10 Jahren. Ist äußerst ergiebig, nicht parfümiert und für Haar + Haut bestens geeignet !
