Better than a lot of well known brands.
I got these tablets after doing a lot of research as there are so many brands of multivitamins out there and it can get a bit bewildering.They arrived quickly direct from Amazon.Many of the well known brands include a lot of vitamins and minerals that we already get in our everyday food, so you are wasting your money on those!These tablets include a lot that you are most probably not eating regularly like me.I also liked the fact that they are made in Britain and not a cheap foreign import.On the negative side the large list of ingredients on the side of the bottle is too tiny for me to read without a magnifying glass.These tablets are suitable for vegans so I am going to get some for my daughter to help supplement her vegan diet.Gluten free as well so my wife has just started taking them too, she will have to buy her own!Also the tablets are quite large but not as large as some I have taken in the past so you can swallow them whole if you want to, they taste ok.According to what I have read these A-Z Multivitamins from Simply Pure Ltd contain some of the vitamins and minerals that we often don't get in our every day food, so they are worth every penny in my opinion.Three months supply at a very reasonable price!I will be buying more in February. Thank you.

Very fast delivery from date of order.They seem to cut down your appetite and I have already noticed a slight weight loss.I also use this to help with joint pain.It is an antioxidant and helps the inflammation and decreases the oxidation that produces the damage.I like the fact that this is not a cheap imported product but made in the UK.The 100% Pure ingredients and 90 capsule pack are great value, they are also Gluten free.I am going to recommend these to my friends and try some more of the products from this company.
