Great cue and case
The cue itself is what you’d expect from this company, really good and laser straight.I already own one which I bought without a case. This one with the case was a present for a family member. The case itself is really substantial and heavy (in a good way) the compartments are angled and plushly lined so both parts of the cue are held snugly and don’t rattle around when carried. Some cases feel like afterthoughts; this will outlast the cue and probably the only one you’ll ever need to buy. It’s a fair few quid more than buying the cue alone, but really worth it in my view. High quality purchase, where you really get your moneys worth.

Nice little cue
I was quite surprised at how well this cue is made, i was searching for hours trying to find the best kind of cue for me as my pet hate is overly varnished cues that stick to your bridge while aiming but this is very smooth. Case is well made and looks great, id recommend getting some elkmaster 9.5 tips to replace the one it comes with but thats just personal preference. Great cue for the price and well made too.

Outstanding!!
This is the second cue I have purchased in the last couple of months from Cuesoul, after trying to become a better 8 ball pool player since the turn of the year. The first had an 11.5mm tip and was a quality piece of kit, however there were some shots that I couldn't make. This handmade beauty has a 9.5mm tip and with a professional player shaping it for me, the improvement in my game is not just noticeable to others but more importantly to me. It has the feel of a much more expensive cue, weighted perfectly and smoothness unrivalled. The case is also of fabulous quality and comes with a handy butt extension and a rubber stopper which should be inserted straight away. Save yourself ££££s if you are serious about improving your game and Cuesoul is definitely the way forward.

Good solid cue
A great cue, although did have a couple of minor flaws. My cue arrived promptly and was as described although the brass screw section where the 2 parts of the cue join is a fraction wider than the top section of the cue giving a slightly ‘sharp’ ridge. With this being a ¾ split cue this actually doesn’t affect play. I did contact the seller about this and they were very prompt to reply and after I had tried using the cue was offered a £10 refund for my trouble, so great customer service.I have now been using the cue for 2 weeks and really like it. I have taken a bit off the tip and have had no issues with the tip, mine has been quite a firm tip but no miscues as yet and holds chalk well. (The picture is as it arrives)The cue fittings are firm and reassuring including the butt extension. The case has a slightly plastic feel to it but not overly so and it does look like a quality case, again with firm brass fittings. Room inside the case is snug fitting but enough room for chalk and a small cue towel (beer towel type)The weight of the cue I ordered is given as 180z, mine actually shows as 19.6oz on my electronic scales, I have weighed different items on the scales and so am fairly sure 19.6oz is not far out, but as I have previously been using a heavier cue this has not been an issue for me.Despite the minor issues I would buy this again if needed, but would always recommend buying a cue in a shop where you can hold and feel them if possible, but as there are no shops close to me I did lots of research first. I had noticed online, as confirmed by a sticker on the extension, that these cues are made in China, which does seem fairly commonplace in more recent years, probably due to the rise in popularity of snooker in the Far East.

'Arrow' straight
Took delivery today and whilst I've not used it yet, I'm delighted, so far.The cue is as straight as I have ever seen a cue. I've trimmed and shaped the tip (with P60 sandpaper, then P120) which has taken the (Tringle brand) chalk easily and well. When assembled, it is as smooth over the ferrule as I could wish for. Faultless, in fact. The extension threads are smooth and well engineered. As far as the case goes, I have no complaints. The divisions are secure and not in the least bit floppy or loose. The weighting is tight with no rattles or shakes.Pretty faultless really. But I've not used it yet! I will update in due course.Update -Great. Works like a dream. Two hours at my club and I'm 100% satisfied with my cue.
