This outdoor clock is working out much better than our last one. This has already weathered a few strong storms. It looks better in person than on the site. The colors go with our patio furniture and rug perfectly.

I purchase this outdoor clock/temperature reading article to hang outdoors on my covered deck. It looks very nice. When laying on my indoor table, before I could hang it outside, it kept perfect time. Once it was hung outside, (and not in direct sunlight) the clock mechanism will not keep the correct time. I followed the directions and still it does not work. Changing batteries does not help either. Some of the reviews I read, before purchasing, were not favorable and I erred on not heeding their advice. My best advice to others is do not waste your money on this clock.

I used a brand new Duracell Power Boost Battery. I checked the battery after 1 week using a battery tester and it was good.I actually contacted the seller thru amazon and they came back the next day. They said the minutes hand could be touching the glass. That was not happening but I removed the clock from the glass by 5 screws on the back and using a ruler laying across the face there was enough space. But what I did observed that the clock face is a very thing piece of paper, it even had some waves in it.The back of the clock that has the hanging part does not have a big enough curve to hug the screw that I used to install it. It could fall in a heavy wind.It is being returned.
