Better than expected
Good value for affordable price.

Spend more money ... unless you have a cheap car
Worked ok, for the first two times. The padding isn’t firm enough, which caused the metal frame to rub against the car body. Damaged the lacquer (top layer) but didn’t rub the paint away.

Bit fiddly but great once sorted
Hard to understand why the product is half assembled and it’s a bit fiddly to sort. Dead sturdy though. Wrap duct tape around the foam as it tears easily, but that’s true for all of these type of carriers

Great value solution for carrying bikes.
Was unsure when ordering but thought I would take a punt on it.The rack was easy enough to put together and took about 15 minutes. When fitting on to my car, the process was easy enough and took about another 5 minutes. Once fitted, I put my whole bodyweight on it as if I was doing dips at the gym (I weigh 3x more than my bike) and the rack still remained sturdy.I saw in reviews that the plastic buckles had broken for some people. I think the trick here is to not over-tighten them. Let the metal fixings on the rack frame take most of the weight.I bought separate straps to hold the bike to the frame and again, the bike was solid when attached. We did a 40 mile round trip with the bikes on the back of the car and I was not concerned about the product letting me down.Well worth the money if installed correctly.

Not versatile
I bought this thinking it was versatile to fit all hatchbacks but its not suitable for a mondeo 2014 model. In order to make this work for my car I had to make improvised shackles on the inside of my boot so I could loop the hooks on the straps around the inside on my boot. When I followed the instructions the straps kept sliding. I'm still trying to find a reasonable bike mount for.my car that's cheap but reliable

Better than it looks
Was a bit dubious at first as it has lots of fiddly parts and terrible instructions but still doesn’t take much to work out - just follow the picture on the box rather than the instructions. Easy to fit to car. Once on you’d forget it’s there. Reassuringly the bikes were still on the back a few hours of motorway driving later.

Good quality but difficult to use
Good quality, although extremely difficult to use. The instructions are useless but it’s pretty self explanatory from the photo on the box, it’s just not very secure and I don’t know how to make it work. It was secure when first attached and wasn’t moving anywhere, but 5 mins into the drive it started banging around

Does not fit all cars + difficult to return
Very fiddly to figure out how to fit it. The inlay instructions paper had very bad printing of pictures and didn’t provide helpful instructions at all. It didn’t feel stable / safe when finally fitted on the car with the help of YouTube videos. When return was initiated it was only through a courier pick up. They (EVRI) did not show up on even on rescheduling twice. Finally called customer service who asked me to drop off the parcel at my own cost, which will be refunded upon emailing the receipt. What a faff. Still waiting for refund and postage to be paid. Very disappointed with the product as well as the return procedure.
