Ordered 8 years ago and still works great!
I bought this around 8 years ago, i was doing a make-over to my entry level guitar, and wanted better electronics for it in gold, this was the option i decided to purchase, and I'm very glad i chose this product, its very sturdy and well built, looks great with the esthetic of the guitar, and has been working flawlessly for over 8 years!Would definitely buy again if I ever need toBut beware, this jack input needs soldering.

This is a good quality jack.
The Switchcraft 093-104 is a very good quality sturdy and robust jack. I always order and use the gold-plated version for guitar repairs and upgrades because the gold plating makes better electrical contact and lasts for many years without corrosion.Unfortunately, this time when I ordered the gold-plated model I was sent the standard (not gold-plated) version instead.

Tight connection, no noise
Just got the Switchcraft 11 Gold 1/4-Inch jack to replace the stock one on my MIM strat. The previous one I had would lose connection with a slight wiggle of the cable causing many unpleasant sounds. This jack is tight and I can wiggle the cable around as much as I want and maintains a connection. Perfect solution, and I recommend this product to anyone

Easy to install, looks nice, and has a good signal. Great upgrade from the cheap stock jack.

Perfect Replacement
Superior jack to original on 1994 Ibanez. Had to ream the jackplate to fit, but an easy replacement.

Great Product, slightly Over Sized OD
This input is great! the contacts are nice and tight and make a solid connection with a 1/4 inch plug. Soldering was a snap and everything came out great. The only issue I had with this product is that the Outer Diameter is larger than the standard 1/4 plugs I tested against (I tested against the one I replaced and 2 from other guitars). Of course it was very easy to sand it slightly larger so it would fit, however be prepared to do that (but its worth it).

Great product and delivery!
Works great! Ordered as a replacement on a guitar that a guy wanted blinged out in gold hardware. No issues at all with the install. As a side note, if this is something that you're tackling without much electrical experience. Positive wire goes to the outer terminal and negative goes to inner terminal. The guitar that I put this on had the last jack wired backwards and you'll know it's wired that way because when you plug it in, chances are, you're going to get a massive humming noise and very little sound output from the strings. I would buy this again.
