Andrewex Large wooden garden 1.1m square Sandpit - Sandbox with lid & seats & shade

This is a really lovely sandpit. We added 3 x 30kgs sand, and it works really well. Yet to see how waterproof it is as we used it on Sunday and closed it in the evening just before the rain started, and haven't yet opened it back up again. Quality is great though, and it looked fairly easy to put together (it wasn't me that put it up, but it seemed quite straightforward). Very happy with it. Easily fits 3 one year olds and a toddler.

Arrived on time,very easy to assemble (most of it I could do by myself). Kids love it,especially my 15-months old who isn't very steady on her feet so the back support of the bench is just what she needs. It has lovely colours and all the kids we've had over so far loved it+

Really lovely product. Easy to put together, and it looks fab when set up in the garden. My 2 year old loves playing in it, and there is empty of space for a few of his friends to join him.The only reason I have given this 4 stars rather than all 5 is because it is a total nightmare for one person to lower or raise the canopy in order to use or put away. You require one person on each side to raise or lower so it stays parallel. If one side is higher than the other, it becomes stuck 😕Other than this one issue, I would thoroughly recommend.

Instruction manual was slightly hard to read - should be colour coordinated. Altogether the sandpit was beautifully coloured, very durable and a hit with the grand daughter.

The instructions would have been easier to follow if colour coded..but absolutely stunning

Never came with any instructions or any nuts/ bolts also no screws to hold it together.

This really is a lovely item. However one of the wooden supports was delivered split. The ground pegs listed in the instructions to secure the pit tonthe ground are missing, the seller has replied saying they are not included as it is "impossible" for the sandpit to move when full. Given there is no bottom to the sandpit this is simply not true. The instructions specify these pegs are part of the pack but they are not included. This is disappointing.The product is good value and the quality versus price is in general very good. I am not disappointed at all in the product it is a super sand pit. However the company's quality control would appear to be somewhat lacking.

This is fantastic really easy to put up and the kids love it , it's so bright and colourful and the delivery was faster than expected excellent !!!! Wood definatly buy again xx

Zu Anfang machte der Sandkasten einen vernünftigen Eindruck, jetzt knapp ein viertel Jahr später......Farbe geht ab, Bretter verformen sich, das Dach ist vollkommen Windschief. Diese Probleme hätte ich nach 2 Jahren erwartet aber nicht nach der kurzen Zeit. Ja sicher, Holz ist Naturprodukt und trotzdem gibt es da auch vernünftiges Material, welches auch gern etwas mehr kosten darf. Das Design vor allem die Abdeckungen machen Sinn, Katzen haben keine Chance, dafür fühlen sich kleine Insekten sehr wohl.

Sandkasten war 1Jahr bei uns. Als er nach dem Winter wieder bespielt werden sollte, müssten wir feststellen, dass er komplett mit schwarzen Schimmel übersät war. Nach Kontakt mit dem Hersteller wurde nur gesagt dass dies bei Chemikalien schon mal passieren könnte wenn diese Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt werden.... Traurig dass ein solchen Produkt für den Außenbereich für Kids angeboten wird. Schade um jeden Cent.

Super schön, mit sitzfunktion für die kinder. Leicht aufzubauen, abends recht schnell zugemacht
