Hilka 64020724 24-Inch Quick Release Bar Clamp, red and black

The easiest tool in the world to use. Very effective.

I needed a few clamps with a minimum 34" clamping width for a box glue up. These did the job quite nicely at a price you can't beat. The quality is okay and appears to be a close relative of the Lidl quick release clamp (see pictures, Lidl on the left, Hilka on right) Same style and carbon fibre moulding. The grip strength is good and easily pulled together a couple of gappy corners. The steel bar is sturdy and the grips seem well made. Time will tell.For those interested, the 36" version gives 36" of jaw opening. (See pictures for product labels)The one thing Amazon need to sort out though is the crazy misuse of multiple cardboard boxes. These four identical clamps arrived in 4 separate boxes. Could have done it in 1.

I bought a pair of the 24", 60cm version of this clamp and have used it to clamp 6mm thick edge trim to 36mm thick boards. It did the job well: clamping and releasing were straightforward and the clamping force was plenty for this job.I'm sure there are fancier or stronger clamps out there at a higher price, but these ones are great for typical domestic use.

I bought 3 of these to hold together Plantation shutters that I was building.These are sturdy, easy to use and grip well.You can use these as a outside grip and when you undo a toggle screw and move the end clamp to the opposite end it works as a inside clamp - useful to separate partsVery good value for money

Head broke off after 18 months I'm only d.i.y.er cheap material'sSurprised after contacting the company to purchase a replacement it was sent free of charge so extra stars for good customer service.

I cm esatti all'apertura sono 91,5 e non 92 come descritto per il prodotto acquistato. Per il resto direi che il materiale è più che soddisfacente apre e chiude correttamente essendo però un po pesante per la lavorazione in stretto io è consigliabile usare 2 mani.
