Jarrow Formulas Jarrow PS-100 (Phosphatidyl Serine), 100 Milligram, 120 Capsules

I'm taking these tablets since two months now and all I can say is that the effects are only improving on a daily basis!I have never been so focused and just alert in my life so far... but with the help of these tablets I can just see a huge difference. It's seriously helping me out with my studies and with learning new things at university, but also engaging in conversations at university that normally I will be slow to engage with, or rather engage at all! I feel like I can now access my thoughts much much much quicker than before, and so are my memories. So far, so good, I just wished I would have taken it in previous years when I so needed to focus on my studies. University is no longer a huge struggle. Phosphatidylserine is clearly enhancing my cognitive focus and alertness. I cannot praise it further.I definitely recommend this brand too, as I had no problems with it so far.I just wonder if I can take it for ever..!

Good supplement.Why is it so expensive here?

Nothing I buy ever really works, this did!! I have always had high cortisol due to my PTSD and I would stress easily and feel the physical and mental negative effects of constantly being on mild danger alert. I noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy levels, no dips, I rise at 6am and go to bed at 10pm with absolutely no energy dips, I sleep solidly through night and I feel much much calmer overall. I am able to achieve much more with my time. Highly recommend for people with high cortisol release due to mental health illness, high stress lifestyles or other reasons.

Very easy to give this a 5 star rating. My memory has not been good for all of my life, particularly names of people even those I meet frequently. My partner who is very knowledgeable in alternative medicines suggested this and I could see the difference very quickly. Within three days I could easily recall names even of people I hadn't seen for ages, proving that we do hold the information and that the issue is about accessing it. In my work I do a lot of study with many medical names I am unfamiliar with and this product really helped speed up those studies and absorb and retain the information. I really cannot praise this product to highly. The embarrassing thing is I cannot tell people what I took as I cannot pronounce it!

Wanted to try this for some time. I can tell a noticeable difference. Thoughts are clearer, more organized, and it lifted my brain fog. I will continue taking this, no doubt. I will increase the dosage to 200mg though.Love this stuff!!!!

Love these. I've been on PHS for some time to lower my cortisol and help with anxiety, calming and cognition. This has been great and really feel the different. These will be my regular supplier.
