Premier Nuie NTS004 | Modern Bathroom Curved Soft Close Toilet Seat, 453mm x 366mm, White, 44.9 x 36.9 x 1.8 Centimeters

It is a neat seat and is fairly easy to fit with just a few tweaks to align it with the toilet. While by no means is it flimsy it is a lighter construction than the one it replaced. Two little niggles with it: as you can see in the photo, the release button to assist cleaning is not exactly accessible; the cushion pads creak on the surface of the porcelain - and no, it's not my weight as the previous one didn't and our other loo and others don't!

Arrived today and fitted, not sure if it was meant to come with top and bottom fixings, but only came with top fixings, lucky the top fixing bolts it came with are the same thread as the inserts already fitted so didn't use the new plastic inserts as the ones already fitted was not going to pull out :) Like most of these seats once fitted the back two stops do not touch the top of the toilet bowl so it rests on two out of four only. Fits perfect size wise. I don't like the one size fits all type fixings as they do tend to come lose but it's impossible to find a fixed center version that matches my loo. 5 year guarantee look forward to seeing if it lasts 5 years :) the last two didn't.

Product was delivered 2 days earlier than scheduled with excellent packaging. All parts of the seat code NTS004 were complete including plastic blind hole top fixing plugs which I thought were perhaps an improvement on the rubber plugs expected. The seat was a perfect fit dimensionally for my Sienna Milo combination unit. After removing the original damaged seat fixing which was a bottom fixing style as originally supplied with the toilet which then required a blind hole fixing, the fitting was very easy to achieve with plenty of latitude for alignment of the seat on the pan. All in all , an excellent product especially liking the push button seat release for cleaning at the back as and when required. I would recommend this product, you don't need to be a DIY expert to fit it only requires a screwdriver to secure the plugs.

The wobbly movement made it feel as though the fixing had come loose but it had not. The movement was on the toilet seat which fits to the brackets on toilet. I do not think it is good value.

Very pleased with the quality of this - I was worried about being able to fit it myself,but I had more bother trying to remove the old one as the fittings were all hidden,and the plumber had fitted it as it was a new bathroom suite with top fitting only ( nothing visible underneath) - I needn't have worried,as it was really easy to fit - ( I'm a single mum and rubbish at DIY - to give you an idea of how simple it is -saved myself a fortune as I'd have had to get someone in!!!) The whole thing from start to finish took me about 20 mins and the first 10 was working out how to remove the broken one!!! Would definitely recommend this product if you're looking for a quality,sturdy, easy to manage(and clean!!) toilet seat!

Bought to replace a broken seat. Although it was supposed to be the same seat the measurements are slightly smaller. A little disappointed but decided to keep as it was only once it was fitted it became apparent it was slightly smaller.

Its a different shaped product than shown in the pictures but did come in a box marked NTS004, so I am not sure what's going on there. I can't find this product design on the Nuie website or brochure.I am replacing a previous NTS004 which got damaged, and I can tell you this is a different lid design than shown in the pics, most notably the rear having a ramp up instead of being flat.Its also a squarer D shape and at its about 5-8mm less wide than the NTS004 should be.I will be putting up with it and installing as-is since I need to get it installed it can't be asked to send it back.
