I bought this for my bathroom and around my kitchen sink and for the price the quality isn't bad but... I do wish that the adhesive was a bit stronger in some areas. I had to use this to repair a folded piece of wood under my bathroom sink and it definitely will not hold for long!!! But for around my toilet, the trim of my tub and around my kitchen sink it's perfect. I recommend around curbed edges just cut straight pieces and overlap them! DON'T ATTEMPT TO CURVE THE TRIM WITHOUT CUTTING IT! IT WILL NOT STICK! Also you have to work a little bit harder to get it to stick to porcelain! I recommend holding the trim on porcelain for 30 seconds before letting go!

This made our bathrooms feel brand new!! Or apartments didn’t line them so it was a gap that would fill with dirt! These help make sweeping and mopping easier!!

It works. Sticks very well to the floor. It hid the screw up around the toilet. I'm going to see if you have any other colors.

This tape works exceptionally when using instead of caulk as long as it’s primarily in a straight line. But going around corners using the this tape is virtually impossible. I tried cutting the the tape at angles which is extremely difficult and aligning the two ends was not possible and my experience was the tape ends were difficult to keep attached to the porcelain. The positive was the application was extremely fast. Taking old caulk was somewhat challenging but was worth it since the tape is more effective and much more attractive to look at. Even with the issues encountered I would recommend.,

This was so easy to install and go around corners because I used the hairdryer (set on HOT) as I applied it. It kept the tape soft and pliable. Their instructions say to use heat to make the adhesive stick better anyway. Since I just installed it, I don't know how long it lasts, but that's maybe for another review.

The key, I think, is to make certain the area is clean and then clean it again. I cleaned with soap, Professional Goof Off and alcohol - multiple times for the alcohol. Take your time and make sure to use the plastic caulking tool multiple times to seal the edges. Corners are a hassle, I cut at the top and bottom to make it around the corners; the appears to be no way to make the corners look great but the seal is good. There was one area about 2 inches under the tub faucet that partial came loose (suspect I didn't do a good job sealing this area initially). I used painter's tape above this product and below to keep my added sealer off this product. I added a small amount of silicone to seal this area and it worked well. For sure this is better than caulking as the caulking will fail over time and be difficult to remove. I don't expect this tape to last forever but when it fails it would be easy to replace (use heat gun) to remove this tape when it fails.

it was easy to use on a straight area ...like the tub.. But for around the toilet..more effort to keep it tight was used. I would buy i t again.
