I bought a very similar key safe (practically identical) from another seller under a different brand name and it was more sturdy and the shackle was bigger and adjustable compared to that one this is second grade. Also the shackle fees stuff to take off. It just feels like a lower quality product. I will send back and wait until my previous seller gets their stock replenished.

This is easy to use and had big numbers. The cover keeps it dry. Very handy having it attached to our iron railings so easier to use than one we would have had to drill into the wall.

Nothing to dislike. Easy to set up and works very well.

Love the durability. As a realtor I love the large button that opens it to reveal the key inside once you dial the code. This feature alone makes it easy for myself and my clients to use. I just find using other locks with a tiny button to roll down hard to use. This lock is great. Anyone can use it. And it's easy to personalize the code too.

The item seems decent. I received it with the back cover broken as seen in the picture. It's just a plastic cover though, the mechanism should be okay though.I had a very tough time trying to change the pin code, I had to ask my flatmate for help as I couldn't push the button to change the pin code

This is very easy to use. Within first two weeks of installing, we used it twice for an accidental lockout. Code is easy to set, and placing on door knob easy as well.
