I work and stand on my feet at least 7 to 8 hours a day. These inserts are great. My feet don't hurt like they did before. I highly recommend them.

These soles are very good for arch support but they make my pinky and my front toes hurt after walking for a while.Maybe because I have long toes. Shoe size is 10 but I'm thinking imight have to start buying 10 1/2Also I read in another comment that the heel of the foot slightly comes off place out of the shoe (I've experienced this with a different pair shoes)They're still food soles and I do feel the correct balance.

I bought multiple pairs of this insole I’ve Been using these for a few months now. My feet feel better . The arch is a little too close to the heel, the heel cup is good. Unfortunately they are noisy ! They squeak in my shoes , 3 different pairs you can hear me coming from a long distance. If I can find one that not noisy it would be perfect !

I’ve been wearing these for a few weeks, the front of the sole by your toes is extremely narrow, way smaller than any of my shoes in front so it allows your toes to rub against the edging that doesn’t fill up the shoe. Also the arch support is back way too far that it hurts your heels and make the plantar fasciitis worse than where you originally started.

I probably should have read the reviews closer before I ordered these, but like the others said they are so uncomfortable. I got 4 blisters the first week I wore them. I do walk about 10 miles a day as a dog walker, but I’m only walking about six hours a day. I slowly built up to the entire 6 hours. The main issue that they are bulky and have no give. This made them run against my foot and gave me painful blisters.I did give them three stars because they really do support the ankle. I normally have ankle pain when I take my shoes off. This was totally eliminated by the insoles. If they were just a little softer they would be a wonderful product. I discontinued use after 10 days.

I'm 215-220 lbs and when I wear these insoles I can really feel the difference. These insoles are much thicker than the paper-thin ones that come in certain shoes or sneakers. They really do provide a significant amount of comfort. I've purchased them before and I plan to do so again.

I’ve bought a couple different brands to compare for my shoes and the quality of these insoles is really great. It’s a little stiffer than some others so depending on what you need you could consider that. I did have to return these simply because every foot is different, and the arch seemed a little too close to my heel and didn’t feel comfortable. With Plantar Fascilitis, you’re looking for some kind of relief, if only temporary. Definitely worth the try-on though, as these are really nice.
