I'm a male in my late 40's, I take 2 of these daily in conjunction with 2 black maca from the same company.I've noticed a difference in my libido and energy levels.Well worth the money.

Though I would try this alongside Vitex as my cycles after coming off the pill have been 40-52 days long. After taking vitex for 1 month (from the same company) and this for only 2 days, my app has detected ovulation, still on day 29 but the earliest yet for me! Impossible to tell if it's due to either of these but I will continue taking them next month if not pregnant and will try to remember to update this review again. No side effects noticed, I take in the morning with breakfast.Edit: not pregnant but even though I stopped taking supplements after confirmed ovulation my luteal phase lengthened from 9 days to 12.

Product arrived very quickly. After all the reviews I read about how it can support some symptoms of menopause.. I thought I would give it a try. Been using for 1 week now, I am pleasantly surprised as to how much energy I have. Will continue to see if there are other benifits overtime.

Not noticed anything from these tablets. No extra energy, no pregnancy, nothing from them. Personally think they are not worth it.
