Written by the buyers wife. At last a pair of insoles that are truly comfortable. I suffer with recurring bouts of Plantar Fasciitis which is incredibly painful. I have purchased lots of insoles in my quest for comfort but until now I had not found the perfect insoles. These are just that PERFECT. I will be buying more of these for all of my shoes and boots. I cannot express the huge relief I feel at finally finding the right insoles for me. Believe me all of my fellow sufferers these are truly perfect!

Based upon the reviews I ordered these and waited 7 long days for their arrival. My lovely old boots had insoles that had given up and I wanted some new, comfy ones so that I could wear my lovely old boots again. With great eagerness I cut them to size NOT to the size of my boots but a little larger - you can take more off right? So glad I did as the size 7 fit my size 6 boots perfectly. I polished my boots and set off to work but immediately noticed that the gel felt insecure and squidgy beneath my feet. It was moving, sliding even on the short walk along the path to the car. Whilst driving it felt as though the insole was bunching near my toes and by the time I walked from the car park to my desk, there was no coverage on the heel part and uncomfortable bunching under my toes. I took off the boots and pulled the insoles back into place. Twice more I did this over the next hour before I admitted defeat and took them off, throwing them under my desk in disgust. I'm a bit embarrassed to confess that I noticed a less than fresh whiff also and realised that my feet were sweating. The boots remained off until home time and have been relegated to the back of the wardrobe again until I find good quality insoles.

The size isnt accurate on the lines at the back, make sure you measure against the shoe and your foot first as i had to cut it bigger than my actual size.When in side they are very comfy but they dont stick so after a few minutes walking they have slid forward and cause pain as theres a lump under my foot.wouldnt recommend

I bought these at the same time as some memory foam ones, and I prefer the foam ones personally. These need to be cut down before use, and I found that they were slightly on the small side even when I perfectly followed the size 7 guide line. Once in, they make a kind of sticking noise as you walk, and the feel of them takes a bit of getting used to. They have however, made an uncomfortable pair of boots wearable again, so from that point of view they are fab.

The size is unimportant as they are designed to be cut to size. I am delighted with these as they are the best of their kind that I have tried. They aren't wobbly like some and the reinforced area around the heal is a huge bonus for anyone with tender heals. I highly recommend them.

Pretty straightforward; give them a trim, and pop them in your shoes. I'd put them in the middle range of softness; not very hard, not very soft. I wouldn't say they are particularly supportive, and the gel is rubbery basically; it's not a gel that moves around as in some insoles.Worth replacing your current insoles with these as a starting measure to help my sore feet as I walk over 10000 steps a day working in a restaurant.They've done over 100 miles by now, and still doing fine.

these are so very comfortable, you barely notice your wearing them at all, they relive the hard pressure of hard walking surfaces on your feet, i felt such a difference, right away, they relived, my joint pain, in my knees and ankle pain is now completely gone, i didnt realise that my joint pain was being caused by my having dropped arches in the soles of my feet. I had suffered the ankle pain for a year it was slowley increasing and getting worse, it felt like a permenantly sprained ankle, but now that im wearing the insoles every day in my trainers, i no longer have any pains at all its so great. im no longer having the pain in my knees which was really sore. i fully recommend these, and will order more of these for all my shoes, to wear daily. these are as pictured and described, delivery was fast, size wise these were wide and long im size 6 so cut from a size 8 maker line, i measured them inside of my shoes before i cut them to be sure of the correct fit, this is recommended before you cut your insoles, if your a size 6 order medium size insoles, these are very flexable silicone rubber, but they are thick, use very sharp scissors to cut them, they have Left foot and right foot written on them, the top side has a thin layer of fabric, the blue side will go inside the sole of your shoe, the fabric side is worn underneath the feet. These insoles are very cushioning, and are ideal for very active people. I'm very happy with these insoles and i will definatley be buying them again, and they were incredibly cheap.

I've worn these for about a week now and these insoles have made my walks a lot nicer. I would recommend cutting them a size bigger than your shoe is as I cut mine size 7 as that's what my shoes are but the insoles ended up being too short. These are not very thick, but have provided extra comfort to my shoes anyways.
