Microbz Bio-Live Gold (475ml) Bio Cultures Liquid Probiotic Supplement for Improved Gut Health

From what I've read about this product it's so good for you, and as someone who has daily bowel issues from being in hospital at a young age, and now being on Movicol for the rest of my life I wanted something to help. I have tried SO MANY different probiotics but never a liquid form, tastes and smells absolutely vile, but I'm intrigued on seeing how this effects my system as I didn't really feel much from the capsules I was taking. Whether that's just because my stomach is a mess, or if they genuinely didn't work well for me.Hopefully it'll improve my constant bloating and pain, and give my IBS a little kick in the butt (HA). Time will tell, but so far so good. No bad effects since starting - only been a few days. You won't enjoy the taste at all, as soon as I opened the bottle for the first time I had to rethink what I was doing to myself.HOLD YA NOSE AND NECK ITTTTT, and then down a lot of water. It's good for ya, man up!

Have used this before and started using it again as I need to increase my good gut bacteria. I like this because it gets into your system quickly because it is a liquid and it is also good because it not only contains multi strains of probiotics but also lots of different types of pre biotics that feed the good bacteria. We all need probiotics and probiotics and this is an easy way to get them all in one liquid.

I'm giving this product a great review because I think its well thought through and made to a high standard. Within days of taking this, my BM had significantly improved and it really helped me manage my IBS. However, around two weeks into taking this daily I started getting really severe heartburn and reflux about an hour after taking this. I don't have any serious medical issues or a tendency to get reflux, so I was very disappointed that I had to stop taking it! I'm giving it a high rating because I feel it is a great product, just didn't work long term for me.

I feel so much better for taking this stuff. I also told my mum about it, and she loves it too. It’s a bit like having a swig of flavoured vinegar, but for the benefits, I can live with that.

This product gives me stomach ache and tummy rumbles snd after i had it .. i got bloated .. i was in painProbably it works for others but not for me, sorry
