Abgenommen, NULL kg !!
Hatte mir echt mühe gemacht und andere Rezessionen gelesen. Alle waren begeistert!Wollte eigentlich nur 5 kg abnehmen ! Stattdessen habe ich zugenommen !Hab mich genau an die dosierung gehalten und mein Essverhalten ist wirklich nicht abnormal!Cola oder Säfte trinke ich eh nie... Nur Wasser ! Süßes oder Chips ist nicht mein ding und trotzdem habeich damit aufgehört weil es bei mir nicht geklappt hat.

Habe aufgehört sie zunehmen, hat nicht so funktioniert,werde sie nicht mehr kaufen. Es ist besser mann wird seine Zuckerhaushalt und seine Fettaufnahme reduzieren.
