Love this belt
As a personal trainer I’ve seen and tried lots of belts. This one is amazing quality. It’s thick but comfortable and has great support. easy to lock and unlock. Highly recommend.

Runs big
Got the small based on the size chart. My waist measures 30” and I have it tightened down to the last adjusting hole on the belt. Need an XS but unfortunately they don’t have it in the color I want ☹️ Otherwise it’s a great belt for the price and came with a free pair of wrist wraps!

Awesome Lever/latch belt
it's kinda thick but provides more support that way. more reliable/ better fit than a notched belt. I use it roughly twice a week for squats/ dead lifts (heavy). haven't had any kind of issues whatsover after roughly 2 months of use. phillips head screwdriver to adjust where the latch is. I'm a size 40-42 waist and i have it roughly 2 notches after the smallest size. thinking i should've got the large but was scared i'd get bigger.

The locking part doesn’t stay locked so functioning as a weight lifting belt isn’t great but didn’t expect much for only $50
