easy way to take B12
a well designed capsule, easy to swallow. I have been taking B supplements for a while but this is the first time i have taken B12 alone. I have sleep issues and poor sleep quality and I haven't seen an improvement with these as yet, but i know that folate acid takes four months to show an improvement, so I shall continue for a while longer.
