I purchased these items after hearing about the many benefits B12 can have when you are vegan. Naturally, I done my research and came across the product from Pura Lifestyle. This review is in no way endorsed of paid by Pura Lifestyle and I hope this review provides advice for any potential customers.The tablets are very easy to take and have little to no taste. I usually take 1 a day and place under my tongue and it disintegrates within a few seconds. I have been taking the product for a few months now and have really noticed a difference in terms of my health a well-being. I would recommend this product highly and have noticed an increase in digestion, and give me a 'perk-up' immediately after taking. Also as I am Vegan these tablets provide a vital substitute to a vitamin that we vegans struggle to get.All in all, I would recommend the product and hope this helps inform purchasing buying decisions in future.

Very good product. Dissolves easily under the tongue. Gives me a boost in winter. It helps me out when the weather is cold because it improves vascular efficiency and so my hands and feet stay warmer. Also I feel more lively and less depressed during the winter. Good value for money, would buy again.

My wife and i have been taking this product for over a week and to be honest we both feel as tired as we did before...strange tablets that melt under the tongue and taste like refreshers!!!

It's got a bad aftertaste compared to solgar. I didn't like it and won't buy again, but it's a matter of taste of course.

Had decided to purchase this Pura Vitman B12 over other brands because they provide assurance that the tablets are produced using more natural ingredients and no toxic chemicals. Had purchased this for my mum as she takes antiacids and other long term medication and this affects proper absorption of vitamins in her body. Too early to say if she notices any differences as its been a week or two, but I think the capsules are working in terms of increasing her energy levels and reducing fatigue.

I have M.E. and take ME-Relief a combination of Amino Acids which really helps, but occasionally I still get tired so take B12 reduces the fatigue and helps me recover quicker! This product is easy to take, dissolved in the mouth quickly and has a good flavour or flavor !!!

I tastes delicious, and dissolves quickly. Unfortunately I hadn't realized when I purchased it that the mannitol it contains is high FODMAP, and consequently I've reacted badly to the product. So if you are sensitive to polyols be careful of this product.

I'm feeling so much better. I have noticed I have more energy and have even noticed my hair is not falling out like it used to. I know it sounds weird but I have noticed my sight as even improved. I also used to have a really sore tongue which has now gone. I must have had a really low b12 count and these tablets have really done the job!!!
