The M3 Real DS/also G6 Real Flash Card
I have used both the G6 (with inbuilt flash memory) and M3 Real (which uses micro SD memory and came with a rumble pak included). Have to say both are extremely fantastic products, and worth every penny of their purchases. I was able to transform my DS into a video player by converting a few episodes of The Simpsons into GBM movies. I tried a few MP3's too, and was pleased that these simple little gadgets turned the whole system multi media. PDA, ebook and u disk capabilities too.Going to the manufacturer websites was all that was needed to obtain the latest 'system' software, and find user instructions. With the G6, this 'system' folder (once unzipped) was put directly onto the DS card; whereas it was necessary to copy the folder onto the SD Micro card for the M3. With both versions you have to create a separate folder titled 'NDS' for homebrew, which is where you pop your roms. Highly recommended product, and great value for money. *****

M3 DS Real - yes it works
I bought the top spec package that includes the GBA adapter - this includes extra memory that is needed for running some applications.I combined this with a SanDisk 4GB micro SDHC (you need at least one memory card to make it work). My 2GB Kingston micro SD card also works.It does everything you expect it to and more.There is some decent homebrew software out there for the DS - I have been playing ZX Spectrum games on mine using a freeware emulator.I took the risk and got mine from GameYeeeah - took almost 2 weeks to arrive but is the real deal.

These biscuits do not play MP3s, despite what the description claims. I feel cheated.
They are very chocolatey, however when I tried to insert them into my card reader they didn't store any files and now my card reader has chocolate in it.
