Junk
I bought this camera to inspect my chimney. I had no problem with the software as the other users. However, the scope of vision is very narrow. The picture is blurry and goes in focus once in a blue moon. Needless to say, I could not inspect my chimney. Useless junk.

Worked well until !
Worked well, until I reset my Android phone and lost the app. When I went back to try to find it I found that the play store no longer carried app. pretty much worthless now.

Useless item no support available
Used to be a good product, the app disappeared from the App Store and my phone, emailed the company, it bounces, seems like to company disappeared, absolutely useless without the app, basically a $50 paper weight now
