Lepro Warm White LED Strip Lights 10M (2x5M), 2x2300lm, 3000K Flexible Lightstrip for Kitchen, Cabinet, Mirror, Door and More (12V Power Supply Required)

These lights, like other sets in the Lepro range are very reliable with a long lifespan. I’ve even used these and other Lepro lighting products in commercial applications where the lights are on all day every day. Can’t fault their reliability.

Consistent colour temperature when connecting multiple units together (I have continuous line of up to 15m, with correct power supply at multiple points to minimize voltage dropping along the length). Very soft and flexible strip. This could be advantage or disadvantage depending on intended use. In my case it was advantage as allow fitment around corners and tight spots without damaging strip. They are not the brightest on a market and if more light density or continuous light (COB) is required different strips should be used, but they will be at a higher cost. Brightness level was adequate for my application.

My study doesn't get sunlight until the afternoon so can feel cold in the morning, so I wanted something to lift the room. I put a strip of lights around the desk back and sides. I think it does the desired effect without needing too much lighting. I also think it looks pretty cool.I purchased a set of 8mm connectors for these LEDMO Kit 8mm connectors LED strip light for white / warm white LED strip lights type 2835/3528 and made a T shape of lights, a small stubby bit that connected to the transformer near the corner, one length then went down one side and the other longer bit went along the back and other side. Biggest issue was that I stripped the sticky cover off and it kept sticking to everything. I should have had confidence in my measurements, and cut it and peeled as I stuck; worst case I would have had to cut off and throw away a few LEDs!I connected the transformer to an adapter which I can control through my SmartThings hub and Alexa too! ;)

I have bought several reels of these strips for various purposes. The pictures show a strip of these in an 80s sideboard, in these pictures they are running at 20% brightness using a driver matched to the number of LEDs installed in this particular unit (to dim them, the driver must match within around 30%). They stick well to varnished surfaces like these but not so well to raw surfaces like wood or cardboard. The third picture shows a group of 3 (they can be cut off in groups of 3) inside a children's construction project and as can be seen, they have come unstuck.The final two pictures show these lights installed in an inset model of the Grand Canyon within a little side table. The batteries for this number of bulbs have lasted 2 years with intermittent use.

Easy to cut to length.A little tricky to solder but soon got the knack after a few and ended up doing about 20 pairs to thin wires. Tinned the connections and wires first with solder and a tiny amount of plumbers flux.Sticks well to painted surfaces under shelving and lollipop sticks poked in the house windows on top of the alcove cupboards. All on a couple of dimmers.

Works well and is easy to cut and solder. Is a little more fragile than some as I managed to damage a section when mounting as it had partly adhered and then had to be pulled back. Would recommend as is a nice warm white colour and when fitted in a channel with diffuser it works really well.

When ordering this it wasn’t obvious that there was no power supply and I didn’t realise till it arrived. It is mentioned in the listing but wasn’t obvious to mePurchasing 2 power supplies would make this more expensive than alternatives so I cancelled and ordered others

I was slightly worried about using these as I have always used the 5050 led strips, for 10 meters for 9.99 I thought I’d give them a whirl. Well I couldn’t have been more pleased with them!They give off a warm light similar to a normal side lamp which was exactly what I was looking for, they are so light, and really really bright ! I have attached some photographs of what I used them for. The tape on them is really strong and bonded really easily unlike others I have used which usually just fall off and need glueing.I’ve had allot of experience with these type of LED strips and I would happily purchase these again so good value for money !Attached are the shelves I have made and the strips which I have used to illuminate them.
