I love this product. It helped keep my hair straight and non frizzy for days. And when I was ready to wear my hair natural and curly there was no damage to my natural curl pattern.

Best product ever! It is not a relaxer. I have 3 b or 3c thick medium length hair (the back is should length, while the front is neck length). While going natural, I tried OGX Brazilian keratin system where the shampoo and condition caused my hair to tangled (like french braids) in several places. I suffered breakage due to trying to get the massive tangles out and cut what ever hair that I could not get loose. My hair went from shoulder length to three different short lengths. I had long hair all my life so this was devastating to me. Now it's about two years, and I was not embracing my natural hair. I like my hair straight so I tried ORS Straightening Strengthening system and that lasted about a week, but not as straight as I would have liked. I tried the mixed chic straightening serum that lasted two days, and chi thermal 44 shampoo/ conditioner/ and chi silk serum, which lasted about a week. I was tempted to go back to a relaxer, I even bought a texturizer by Soft and Beautiful because I said if this doesn't work I give up. I tried the product, but I did not realize how many steps where involved. It was late at night (11pm) so I broke it up in stages. I shampoo and put the foam on according to the directions and blow dried my hair. My hair was stiff, and the next day I flat ironed on 375 (directions give you a range according to your hair type and number of passes you are suppose to do with the flat iron- (Redd Titanium Pro 1in with edge comb). My hair was straightening in one or two passes like relaxer results so I only did 3 passes instead of 5 or more). I did not flat iron my hair on the maximum heat setting for my hair type according to the directions either. Your hair will be straight, but stiff and hard to get the comb through so you do have to wash it after straightening with the flat iron. As per the directions, I washed, conditioned, applied leave in cream, and blow dried it, and then you will be able to style as desired. My hair was soft and the curls were loosen. I chose to add chi silk infusion serum to blow drying process and chi 44 iron guard as well as two other heat protectants to my hair before flat ironing my hair for styling. I got the desired results that I wanted, and it is two weeks and my hair is straight, like when is time for a relaxer touch up. Next time I will take pictures, but this is the product that I will be using definitely! My only negative is the smell of the product while you are straightening to seal in the foam product. The smell is strong and unpleasant so make sure your are not in a closed in area.

Really beautiful results. I have 4a-4c texture hair and have been struggling with my dry almost Brillo pad texture since pregnancy. Once I used this products and allowed my hair to process I have had excellent results thus far. I have not been able to wear my hair straight for a long time and was amazed by the results

I had really high hopes for this product, in spite of some of the comments I had read before purchase. However, after I completed the process outlined in the product’s instructions, my 4c hair looked pretty much the same way it looked before the process.Of course, the hair was straight after the flat ironing step. However, as someone else mentioned, the shampoo step that follows, caused the hair to revert to curls/coils.Final, end result: Hair NOT straight AT ALL.

I wasn't sure about this product at first because I was nervous about doing this myself. A person in a salon was charging upwards of $200 to put it in for you so I went ahead and did it myself. The product is fool proof and the directions were dead on. My hair is naturally big and long which doesn't hold a style long due to freeze. This Keratin treatment was awesome and I was actually able to flatiron my hair for the first time in 4 years without my heat damage since the heat was so low. I am purchasing it again and in bulk to keep my hair strong.

who ever designes this product must have bern on drugs or something. this product requires you to glat iton your hair then wash hair again which makes hair extremely curly again,now this step totally reverses the process of getting a straight hair so now u have to straigten hair again after u condition it.overall its too much work.i would not recomment this product if u want straight hair but for soft curls its a yes.

Why does You Be Natural Botanical Curl Stretch and Defining Treatment and You Be Natural Botanical Botanical Straightening and Strengthening Treatment have the exact same ingredients??? I've asked this question and have not received a response. Hmmm Rather fishy!I purchased You Be Natural Botanical Curl Stretch and Defining Treatment through House of Beauty and it arrived unopened. I plan to update this review when I've tried this product.

I used this product for kinky coily 4c hair. It just didn't work. I followed all directions to the t. Left a lingering chemical smell for about a week. Waste of money.

My hair ranges from 4a to 4c natural from front to back, I've wanted try a keratin treatment but didn't want to waste a lot of money if it didn't work. I applied the treatment and was sceptical at first as after drying and straightening my hair it wasnt that straight. After washing and restyling however, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. I achieved similar results to that of a relaxer, I'm 2 weeks in and still have solid results. Good product at a good price.

Very bad for my coarse and kinky hair.It did nothing!
