How to wear it.
I found out that if you put the strap under your ear and then over your head the patch does not rub against your eyelash. Wearing it the way it shows in the picture is horribly uncomfortable.

a bit to tight over the eye as it presses /irritates the eye lashes. otherwisea nice item. To bad it didn't come in white.

Perfect
I had cataract surgery and my CPAP machine was blowing air into my eye. This is the perfect solution.

Tiny and no space for lashes
I have a small face and even this patch was to small for my eye. I had PRK and needed a patch for my eye that did not put any kind of pressure. Terrible. It sat right on my eye. So much for 3D

Strap is a bit uncomfortable
I had Lasik done just to one eye and I wanted to protect it while I slept without needing to wear the full on googles. Also, the other eye that didn't have the Lasik can see near like when I'm reading books on my phone so I thought it would be great if I was able to keep the other eye that sees far covered up to avoid straining it. Really wanted this to work, but I can't get the band positioned so that it doesn't uncomfortably effect the non-covered eye and it slips off my hair so sleeping with this on is out of the question. As for reading with it on, I guess I can tolerate if for short periods of time but definitely not something I can wear long-term. There is padding on the side that touches your face so it is soft and comfortable without pressing on the lids. I don't have long lashes, so this didn't affect me. I wish I could find a way to wear it without the strap being uncomfortable. At any rate, it was affordable and could make for a great Halloween costume.

It DOES Touch the Eyelashes
Advertised as being designed not to touch the eyelashes or eye lids. I have an average male head. My eyelashes and lids rub against the inside of the patch, and are irritated by it. Cannot wear it unless I tape my eye closed (not desirable). Otherwise nicely made with an excellent strap. Too bad.
