Resolved: Missing parts
Edit: initially I thought that the manufacturer had packed the wrong parts in the box. It turned out that one fo the three boxes belonged to a different set. This was a distribution issue, not a manufacturing issue.The company, ECASA Home, were very helpful, sympathetic and responsive. They sent out the missing box and arranged courier to collect the spare box of parts.The finished set is okay but getting there was a bit of hassle. Just be sure to check that all boxes carry the same product code before accepting delivery.
