Idiotic design, multiple disconnections
I am using this device from last 15 days, and I really think the design is poor. There is a small cable that helps you connect to the laptop usb port. After some wear and tear that cable would be the first one to break. Also, the connection keeps on breaking. You cannot connect your headset on this device, else you will miss half of your call in attempt to fix the issue.

Device disconnects too often
Bought it after reading reviews. The build quality is at zebronics standards or below.I connect my keyboard and mouse to this. But both devices especially my mouse doesn't function at the beginning and in between. I have to pull the device out and reconnect everything each time this happens. I believe it has to do with the poor quality of the connecting end. Undeniably unreliable. Should have gone with Belkin.

please don't buy it, it stopped working within 2 weeks of buying it
after 2 weeks of safe weeks it had stopped working and now there's no return period nor a customer support i can call

Excellent product
Product is nice. It has an extra USB cable (one side male USB port and other side female USB port) about 2 feets long. All the 4 ports of the device work. I bought it for the intension of charging multiple devices, and it serves my purpose well. Regarding the data transfer rate, it is good as the ports are USB 2.0
