I've taken cod liver oil on a regular basis since childhood (for current age context, I recently discovered a grey hair in my left nostril). The quality seems as good as some of the better ones I've taken in the past. I like that it's just one capsule a day; they're easily digestible with a glass of water. I also like that I don't walk around for the day smelling super fishy as a result of taking them. I'll be happily staying the course with these ones after a bumper purchase.

Great tablets. They're not too big, like many other versions are, and they have no real taste to be honest. The price is very reasonable what how many you get, and they are hopefully helping me (although only time will tell!) Hopefully they'll be effective. The ingredients list is very good and I will buy more when I run out.
