This is the best barbell pad, I used it exclusively for BB hip thrusts going up to 160kg for many years and it has finally worn down and I’m about to buy my second one. I just checked my Amazon order history and I bought my first one in 2017!! Amazing wear and longevity and great support for heavy lifts.

So if you do run in to any issues with your order, don't hesitate to contact the seller.For the product itself, it's a compact pad that fits snugly and comfortably around an Olympic bar and your upper back. It really eases the pain when squatting heavier loads. A big issue I've had using other pads is that they can be bulky and difficult to maintain in position when in motion, this isn't the case here.The pad is made of a a durable foam surrounded in plastic so should last.Great product and service all round.

Not sure I’d say it was anti-slip to be honest, though it does come with a couple of straps to keep the pad in place on the barbell.Used for Hip Thrusts up to, so far, 75kg and I have no problems with comfort though it can move round the barbell which can be a little off putting. I’m still using it so it can’t be that bad.

I was having trouble with squats in the gym as I don't have the beefy padding on my shoulders and back to soften the bar, and it hurt. I know a lot of people say man up but I would rather be concentrating on my form than trying to ignore pain.This pad is well made and grips the Olympic bar nicely without turning on my shoulders and it offers a nice level of cushioning without being too thick and unstable. The tapered neck part seems to work well and takes the pressure off the back of the neck and spine.All in all an excellent purchase and much better than cheap and nasties that are available.

Excellent item for the money. Offers superb protection and comfort for the neck/shoulders/traps. Particularly useful for my female clients that have less of a trap cushion for the bar to sit on and often complain that the bar is pressing on the top of the spine. This pad solved all problems and everyone who uses it remarks on the comfort and ears of use.Pad wraps round the bar tightly and isn't likely to spin or twist. It's actually occasionally difficult to pull off th bar, but that is certainly not a complaint!Excellent product and certainly value for money, definitely recommended.

Item arrived on time. The design is ok for squatting weights of up to 70kg, but any more than this and I found the bar digging into my neck as the foam is thinner around this area. Also it would really help if there was a velcrove strap to stop the pad from moving and falling off. Apart from that the foam is of good quality and thick enough around the shoulder areas but could be thicker around the neck area.

Feels really dense and comfortable to use. Bought for hip thrusts as the gym one was leaving me with huge bruises on both my hip bones.Picked due to being a longer pad, and having looked at a variety of reviews elsewhere.Sturdy pad.Straps make it v secure (haven’t used without yet)Storage bag is hand and has enough room to stick resistance band in too.Durability: can’t say as only just purchased, but from feel and use I think this is going to be a robust piece of kit.Value: good investment for me to stop bruising.

Love this. Somebody bought me one a couple of weeks back, but it was stolen at my gym! So here I am buying another one. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that sometimes it spins round and slips off the barbell when I'm trying to get myself in position. Otherwise it's great, I don't get any pain from the bar when doing hip thrusts or squats now :)Delivery was also quite speedy.

Nachdem ich beim Training mit der Langhantelstange mit schweren Gewichtscheiben bei Hip Thrusts Schmerzen hatte und blaue Flecken bekommen habe, brauchte ich unbedingt einen „Stoßdämpfer“. Die Lieferung aus UK hat nur 3 Tage gedauert und das Polster erfüllt seinen Zweck. Wie erwartet kann es verrutschen, wenn die offene Seite durch Rotation auf den Körper aufliegt, was man natürlich verhindern sollte. Es sind noch zwei zusätzliche Arretiergurte mit Klettverschluss vorhanden, die verhindern, dass das Polster von der Stange abgeht. Auch für Kniebeugen sehr angenehm, auch wenn ich die immer ohne Polster „ausgehalten“ habe.

La espuma es más densa y gruesa que otro rodillo que usaba. Es bastante cómodo en sentadillas. También lo uso en el puente para glúteos, este rodillo no te presiona tanto la zona abdominal central, muy cómodo, lo recomiendo.

Il prodotto è di ottima fattura. Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che frequentano la sala pesi in palestra. Lo Squat Pad in questione è ergonomico è permette di supportare (grazie all'imbottitura, che si appoggia su tutta la parte del trapezio e delle spalle) anche grossi carichi sulle spalle, rendendo confortevole l'esercizio. Ne consiglio vivamente l'acquisto. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
