We were looking for a good quality everyday pan we could use for paella, curries, stews, casseroles and general frying etc. The 30 cm version (which gets many good reviews) of this was slightly too big, so I was delighted to find this 28 cm version for sale. It heats evenly, feels very solid but is not too heavy and the non-stick surface is superb. Finally we can fry fish properly and get crispy skin without it sticking to the pan! I can confirm that it is exactly the same as the 30 cm, other than being slightly smaller. The description on here is incorrect, because like the 30cm one it is oven safe (up to 260 degrees for the pan, 220 degrees for the lid). I was also worried whether it was induction compatible, since the description is silent on this, but can confirm that it is and works perfectly on our induction hob. It has the same steel plate on the bottom as the 30 cm version (in fact, from what I can see, it is constructed in exactly the same way). This size seems to have gone out of production, so I'm glad I snapped this one up before they all disappear, especially at this price (£90, compared to £145 for the 30cm version)!

Worth every penny! I bought this pan from amazon over 6 years ago and it still looks good. Only a bit of scuffing round the rim. I use it nearly every time I cook so I reckon that's around 1500 times so far. Takes a while to warm through but then keeps its heat and cooks very evenly. I wanted a pan i could start a meal frying up the ingredients, add a sauce and either simmer or pop it in the oven in the same pan, and this fits the bill perfectly and looks stylish enough to serve at the table as well. My other pans are looking very tired so I’m saving up to replace them with le creuset!

The best casserole pan ever had in and iut of oven/grill. Can use any utensils except knives/sharp objects and washes up a treat. Also have the frying pans will last a lifetime

Second time I have purchased this pan first one bought in 2015 from Amazon and used almost every day so it became worn out !!! Highly recommend it.

This is a high quality product that should last a lifetime. Results are great on an induction hob. I got the 26cm, which is fine for 2 persons, but if you want to cook larger quantities, for a family, go for the larger sizes (if you can afford it!). It is solid, with a thick multi-layered bottom that heats food evenly rather than burn it. The handles are quality and securely riveted. The glass lid enables you to see the food and ensure the food is cooking as it should. The top handle is securely riveted. It is also oven proof (up to a point with the glass lid on). It's a pleasure cooking with this AND it looks good on the table too. You can get over a price, and personally I think it's worth paying extra for quality. No regrets.

Looks super nice and the fact that you can use in the hob and oven is a plus. Easy to clean and great to spread the heat evenly. 26 cm is a nice size to cook for a couple.

I swapped my traditional heavy Le Creuset pans for Triply pots with handles on both sides about 5 years ago because of wrist problems.I got a new grill that needed to be closed in order to work so bought the triply shallow casserole to use as a frying pan substitute when I wanted to move a pan under the grill. But it was always a nightmare to clean if eggs were involved so decided to buy this to use instead. I have the crepe pan and roaster in this material and they have been great for cleaning and this is no different. Only used it once so far but it is a dream to clean in comparison to the similarly shaped triply pan. Am thinking this would make a great present as I am delighted with it.My only negative observation would be that the glass lid handle sticks up too far for the lid to rest inverted in the pan for storage. This might be an issue for some as it is wide, so much too tall to stand on edge in a pan drawer.

Rubbish basically. Nonstick is flaking off into food.

Costano di più ma valgono quello che costano... Indistruttibili. Il rivestimento non si stacca mai. Un altro pianeta rispetto alle porcherie cinesi.

bjr sa fais 2ans que je les acheter toujours comme neuve ne colle pas facile d'entretien évidement ils faut y faire attention j'utilise la spatule silicone le creuset , impeccable ,pour l'entretien une éponge suffit pas de chose qui puisse abimer le revêtement style gratounette, tres légère pour la dimension je conseille vivement

Best pan I have ever had. I do not like to cook, this pan makes cooking easy. LOVE THIS PAN!!!

Es el primer producto que utilizo de esta marca y ha sido muy grato comprobar que todo lo que dicen es verdad. El antiadherente, libre de PFOA, realmente lo es y el sabor de la comida es mucho mejor que en otras sartenes. En cuanto al tamaño quería comprar la de 28 cm. (que es el tamaño mayor de mi inducción) y me recomendaron que comprara este ya que el diámetro del fondo es más pequeño que el superior y ha sido todo un acierto... Y encima al ser de aluminio no pesa casi nada, es muy manejable, ya solo me queda probarla en el horno. Estoy muy contenta con la marca... tanto que he pedido una sartén más pequeña de la misma línea.
