This is the set you want to make an exposure system for salt printing and other alternate processes. As shown in many YouTube videos you;re have to divide each strip into individual segments. This is trivially easy with your soldering iron as the segments are soldered together.Beyond that - the adhesive strips are just "OK" - they will adhere to un-painted plywood but the end pieces where the power supply connects won't support themselves. Solution - a couple dabs of hot glue or 2 part epoxy. Cover the exposed solder joints with electrical tape and you'll be good to go.

Product is extremely bright and works well with UV reactive pieces. Only complaint it is the LED strip itself is very fragile

These are alright. Was looking for something that could be decorative but also cure uv resin when desired. These are a little more violet than ultraviolet than I'd prefer (these are legit and still function as uv though, not like those old spray-painted florescent tubes and incandescent bulbs some places used to sell as blacklights) and I'd like to see them at least 50% brighter. Gonna try upping the voltage to see how that goes. Hopefully it'll boost 'em enough that they can supplement my resin cure set-up when necessary. If you're just looking for subtle accent lighting that'll make neon colors glow in close proximity, these will suffice.

The light strip and adhesive are great but just like all products engineered in Asia the power cord is only 2 ft long so to turn the product on or off you've got to get a ladder if you put the product on the ceiling like most of us would or on the wall this product needs a 10 ft power cord minimum and if you buy the two pack the Y connector you have to put both strips together because the white connector is only 6 in Long so you have a giant ugly orange extension cord running up your wall with a big Square power adapter and your switch is literally one foot from the end of your light strip so it limits where you can put it or how you can put it I guess in Asia they have power outlets on their ceilings and tops of their walls and on every side of the room if you buy this product you also need to buy at least five extension cords preferably not Orange.

I love this, I use it behind my bed for a bright color scheme and I found it easy to install and to light up. There's a control and I like using it for convenience. I recommend this!!
