Thay are small lentils.Don't take as long to cook.Great price for 2kg.I love lentils Green, Red, Yellow make nice peas pudding, Health alternativeto mash, put them in soups, properly one of the healthiest thing to have in your dally diet full of protein (good for building and repairing every part body) and and fiber best for your digestive system to keep you healthy.Highly Recommended.

My favourite
I am vegan and eat a lot of legumes so I buy organic to ensure they’re the best they can be. I love these, I have never had a problem with them and have never found stones or other unwanted ‘ingredients’ lol amongst the lentils. Great brand.

I struggle to find organic food where I live. So it is lovely to be able to order organic lentils, which really are a staple of my diet. These are good quality and the price isn't bad for being organic. I'm very happy with the consistent good quality and am a repeat customer.

Perfect for Dhal…
Very nice lentils. I use these for Dahl recipes. Use 1.6 litres of water to 500g of Lentils. In a pressure cooker. Bring up to pressure for 5-10 minutes. Then natural release. Nice soupy, mushy consistency. You can always add water at this point, if required. If cooking without pressure probably 20-30 minutes. I don’t know. The main thing is they are organic and healthy.👍
