All natural soaps made with only distilled water, food grade lard, lye and 11% Bickmore pine tar. IMPORTANT: This is soap made with DARK pine tar and not sweet pine tar. Some folks find this scent much less pleasant than our regular pine tar bars. It is not sweet, but is heavier on the tar side than the pine. This is the pine tar soap preferred by many asthmatics, who may have issues with strong scents. Traditionally used by those suffering from eczema and psoriasis and for hunters to mask their scent. Natural pine tar has a strong distinctive scent, and although I add no extra fragrance to this soap, the natural fragrance of pine tar can be quite strong. All soaps are hand made from scratch and are not made from "melt and pour" soap bases. This pine tar soap is made using the hot process soaping method. Due to the natural curing process, and lighting while the pictures were taken, the colors of the soaps shown may differ slightly from the photographs shown. Bars typically weigh between 4 to 6 ounces each. Bar size varies as this soap is cut by hand. Your bar will not weigh less than 4 ounces.
