Product looks and built quality is good but there are lot of bugs while using the camera on app. It is not recording the video continuously and sometimes playback is showing on app however most of the time playback is not showing on app when required which makes this camera useless and not surved the purpose. Support person behaviour also not good when I have described the issue and not got any solution till now. We can't return the product also.Hardly we can pay 3-5k for this product otherwise waste of money.

Already using Trueview CCTV for farm and home. Nice quality and no network issues. Best cctv for the price.

Camera is good but software have lot of useless advertisement 😞

- Setup was straight forward.- Clarity is good.- Battery is good and lasts all night solar pannel charges battery within an hour or so with full sunlight.- App is simple and intuitive to use.- PTZ works as advertised.- Person detection and push notifications work flawless. I would have liked to have an option to not send notification at spefic time but it's not a deal breaker.- inbuilt speaker could have been slightly louder to make a call to the camera but works without glitch nonetheless.- night clarity is pretty good upto 30 feet. Inbuilt IR is pretty powerful for night recording- 1 week of usage. I hope the material used lasts over the years to come from the rough outdoor weather conditions it has to endure.- Plus "make in India".- it's a good idea to fabricate some sort of hat to protect the camera from sun and rain. In the process of making it.Overall - no annoying flaws came across. Does it's job perfectly and I'm satisfied with it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Hi I bought this product on Jan 2025 and after 6 months its stop working...once I contact true view customer service they said they have service center in Kerala...When I contact Kerala service center, they said, they are not supporting for online purchased customers...In this regard what I will do ?Any suggestion from you ?
