Very good. I sweat bucket loads when I wear this! check out the images, I ran 20mins on the treadmill and the sweat was pouring off! Don't worry I did clean up after just in case you were wondering. I use the suit on cardio days at the gym and also Heavy Bag workouts at the boxing club. The only issue was with sizing. I first ordered M and it felt like an L very loose I Returned for a Small and still that was a bit loose on the arms. I wanted the Sauna suit to suck me in and Cling on like a wet suit/ Thermal top... Maybe I'm nitpicking but it looks like it doesn't fit and I usually wear a Medium.

I use this two times a week doing light cardio for approx 1hour and wash once a week. My advice is don’t over do it, first few times I got so hot, due to heat from hot sun too that I wasn’t feeling so great afterwards - so go easy to begin with. Good quality material and stitching is holding up well but time will tell. For the price (under £25) it’s a good buy, next time however maybe a short sleeve as this long sleeve makes my palms and wrists quite sweaty and leaves equipment soiled with sweat.

This does what it says, I only wish it had cuffs on the sleeves. When running the sweat flicks out of the sleeves all over the running machine and floor.

Are used it for going to the gym and it is a good suit it’s better than other ones I am pleased with the outcome

I ordered a size that was a lil smaller but was my own mistake. The sweat top does a very good job , just make sure you are well hydrated as this takes a lot of sweat out .

Bought this sauna jacket as a gift. It came in a ziplock bag with washing instructions label. It has a slight smell, which is not unusual for this type of garments. The neoprene material is of a medium thickness, the area underneath the armpits is made of a breathable mesh, and the whole jacket is well stitched. Zipper is black and has a hi-vis strip which complements the design ( I chose the grey/ black design). Overall the jacket comfy and of a good quality.
