Needed a replacement for a laptop. It does not have a light showing that is on or off but works fine.

My wife forgot here charger when on holiday. So i thought lets order one. Now the Dell Latitude 5400 needs either a 65 or 90 watt charger depending on the model. Looking at the current its said 3.5/4.2 amps. 3.5 means 65 watts and 4.2 amps is 90 watts. Confusing?? So I went for the 65 watt and it worked perfectly. It seems its slower charging but it stays at 100% when working so good enough.

Only used twice a week for 3 months and now not working.
