Easy best job.

Easy to use burger press, weigh meat, place in press and the squeeze the two parts together and hey presto you have a burger. A tip is to lightly oil the pieces before placing the meat in the press, it allows the burger to fall out easily. also to use slightly fatty meat which helps to hold the meat together, ideally 70-30 meat to fat ratio. Very happy with my burger press compared to a plastic one I had a few years and had to throw away as it didn't perform the job it was meant to.

Amazing simple product. Have always made burgers by hand but got one of these on a whim. Uniform burgers every time! Compressed well so don't fall apart when cooked. Can even half fill press,add a filling and press top half to be all fancy at the bbqs!. Would advise anyone who likes a burger to get one. Cleans easy papers make it fall out easy too. Don't be stupid and cook the burger in the press its too hard to flip in a pan with the handle. Instructions are also on the box if you are that simple.....

Funciona como se esperaba, además, trae 50 papeles para evitar que se pegue en el recipiente.Es de aluminio o al menos si se golpea ambas cosas suena a metal. Por tanto debería ser bastante duradero.

Molto soddisfatto del mio acquisto.11,4 cm di diametro e max 1,7 cm di altezza.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Io li faccio molto spessi, vedansi le foto.Consiglio di schiacciarli con tutta la forza che si ha in modo tale che gli hamburger non si sfaldino in cottura.Consiglio anche di unire al macinato vari aromi. Sale, pepe etc. Anche un po'di grana grattugiato.Comode le cartine che io tirchiamente riutilizzo per l'hamburger successivo.Facile da lavare, montare e smontare, e riporre nella scatola.Il materiale sembra molto resistente, sembra alluminio pressofuso. Ben fatto.

Ich wollte das lästige Problem mit dem Formen der Fleisch-Patties loswerden: ist gelungen :-) Ich könnte mir zwar sinnvollere Konstruktionen als diese vorstellen, aber: diese hier ist einfach, simpel - und sie funktioniert ganz hervorragend. Die Patties bekommen eine immer gleich große Form und mit ein wenig Übung (und gelegentlich etwas Öl in der Form - so lösen sich nach dem Drücken die Patties besser!) schaut das richtig professionell aus. Schmankerl am Rande: es werden 40 Blatt hauchdünnes (gut so!) Papier mitgeliefert, so dass eine saubere Trennung der Patties möglich ist (auch beim Einfrieren).Der Preis ist mehr als fair, der Komfortgewinn deutlich.Klare Kaufempfehlung! Questo attrezzo da cucina per poter creare gli hamburger è davvero una svolta. Grazie anche i dischetti di carta forno presenti nella scatola si possono fare diversi hamburger in maniera semplice e veloce. Io ci metto circa 150 g di macinato e ci va a bene non credo si possa arrivare anche a 200 g però direi che è una quantità più che sufficiente. Si pulisce molto velocemente e non lascia odori, ormai non posso farne più a meno.
