A Handy Little Cash Box!
I wasn't sure of the size of this box until it arrived in the post. As you can see from the photo I have supplied here, it is no bigger than a tub of Seven Seas vitamins, i.e two tubs together would nearly make up the entire length. The main reason I bought this little box was simply to store cash from the loose change I collect every day. The coin slot is a very handy thing to have as it deposits coins straight through the main body of the Cathedral cash box and past the coin tray.The removable tray has five segments but they are designed for coins to be fitted vertically with just one larger horizontal segment. I wouldn't suggest this little box could handle up to £70 in cash, which is the last thing I used the box for when used for a charity jumble sale and discovered that it was bursting to the seams with coins, but rather more ideal to carry smaller amounts of cash in one go. The rear segments can store up to £9 in pound coins either side, for example.I like the compact design though and everything seems to be well made for the cost price. I received two keys for the lock and the only downside is that the lock doesn't sit all that central to the front, but slightly at an angle quite possibly down to the manufacturing process. I would like to consider a bigger box from this company; this one is good for loose change but also for vitamins or as a small make shift tool box for specialist, intricate hobbies. It's fine but
Hold the lid down to open and close firmly as the tray insert isn't suitable for it, it blocks the locking mechanism. It is fine for my needs but could be better.

Love this .my daughter loves carboots so this little box is great for her and she can see the money too in the different compartments.

Good box but with a minor flaw.
The box is generally good and the lock works well. But the coin tray doesn't sit on the top of the base as it should. It keeps dropping into the bottom and is then difficult to get back out. Particularly a problem when it has the weight of coins in it.
