This knife is so easy to maneuver and chopping veggies into fine and beautiful pieces is so easy!I learned about this knife from my nephew and am I glad to be informed about the best knife onthe market. It is call a "Paring Knife" but by the appearance, it seems to be an ideal size for everyone!I highly recommend this product and will order others from "Mad Shark" because my former collection ofknives need to be donated!!!

I bought the 5pc set and this completes it. These knives have a great feel and balance to them. A little heavier than most but I like that. Holds an edged very well and cleans easily. I can now tackle any cutting, slicing or chopping task at hand. I was also able to throw out all my other old knives and made more room in the drawer.

review of Mad Shark 5 inch kitchen knifeThe received item matches the picture. On my kitchen scale it weighs 3.8 oz. Feels solid in thehand. The blade thickness is 0.074" near the base. I had in mind a knife to cut potatoes smoothlyand without pulling to the side. This works very well for that task, and shows no bending. It does needa sheath. One in the set in B09NLKH77H works well.
