These little puzzles are great for the smart kids and it’s great keeping screen time down/ kids love to figure these out and they are hand made. Really a nice gift and they are fun to do with your friend

The real puzzle here is what age is this set for? The title has "Adult" at the start. Then says its for Teenage Boys. And then it says 8-12 years old. Then the top of the box says 6+, then the side of the box says 3+. It just keeps getting smaller and smaller...That aside, the set comes with three wooden puzzles wrapped in heat shrink and then a plastic bag with another three metal puzzles in their own plastic bag. There is then a rough linen bag with drawstrings to hold it all if you get rid of the cardboard box. There are instructions for re-assembling the wooden puzzles back to their original form, one had another set of instructions inside the heat shrink. There are no instructions for dissembling, which is where the puzzle comes in.So back to the age, I'd say the 8-12 range is probably the correct one. Both boys and girls, there is nothing "masculine" or "feminine" with this toy. The puzzles are not all that difficult to solve, so older kids and adults are likely to solve them too quickly and once you know how there is no un-learning.The box also says these should not be exposed to sunlight ... very odd, I assume it's to prevent fading but there is nothing really to fade. Just pointing it out as it's another strange thing you see with Chinese products translated with google.

The metal objects were fun and achievable for my kids. Take them apart and back together. It was easy to take the shapes apart but hard for them to put it back as they forgot what it looked like, which made them give up, hence 4 stars. I have lots of undone shape pieces and kids with no idea of where to start.

I bought this set as a stocking stuffer present for my son for Christmas. The quality of the box and the puzzle toys isn't the best, but I think it's great value for money. They are fun and challenging puzzles to complete.
