I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have heard these types of balls are ideal. Within only a few days of using them, my foot and heel pain have pretty much disappeared and i'm back to running again. Would highly recommend these. Would also recommend keeping them handy (in the bag) after your next run / exercise to prevent the problem from reoccurring. In fact, I'm using them right now under my desk at work!Product itself; Black ball, very hard / solid, slightly smaller than a tennis ball - good for deep tissue, the two spike balls are roughly the same size, one is much firmer than the other, all balls have kept there shape.

These feel great on my feet. Once the initial spiky feeling has gone you can feel it massaging your feet. The peanut shape is good for doing the sides of your feet as well as the sole. You can also use one of the balls under your heel and sole too. The firmness is just right.Great price for 2 too!

Easy to use and very effective for both plantar fasciitis foot pain and any other post-workout pains as they are easy to use as mini massage areas instead of foam roller. Excellent. I keep one in my handbag and one in my gym bag.

What irritates me is, as so often the case, I have already written a review for these items, yet I get another email asking me to write a review. It's fine, I'm using it right now (the softer one) but it's having to keep remembering that's the hard part. I've no complaints, it seems fine but really I would have preferred to trial it much longer before being hounded for a review.

Have only been using these for a few days so a bit of a tentative review, I thought after first day or 2 the sole and calf of my right leg felt less like having pins and needles so will keep on using and see how good it really is.

Bought these to help recovery from bunion surgery and Plantar Fasciitis. They’re fab, the shape is perfect for rolling under all the parts of your foot, heels, ball of foot, arch etc. The hollow bit is especially good for relieving the inside arch and outside edge of your foot. I wouldn’t hesitate one minute to buy these, they’re brilliant and light enough to take anywhere with you. Five stars for definite.

Arrived on time. A great bargain as you get two! Love them - using one right now to ease a knot in my back. Also great for calves and neck.

GR Massaggio Palla Set ( Set di 2 ) verde + duro - non eccezionale (acquistato a 13 euro)Prima di procedere alla descrizione vorrei evidenziare che la mia recensione valuta le caratteristiche dell'oggetto per le quali è prodotto.Detto questo, non è il primo oggetto di questo tipo che acquisto sempre per massaggi soprattutto per i piedi. Nel passato avevo acquistato delle "pallette" con un diametro di 7 cm, utilizzate prima contro la fascite plantare e poi per il massaggio preventivo all'indossaggio delle fivefingers. Solo che ora volevo acquistare qualcosa che riuscisse a fare con un unico passaggio tutto il piede.Ho acquistato questo prodotto che però non mi ha molto convinto perché:- non ho visto una grande qualità della plastica (prezzo 13 euro);- la consistenza interna è, dal mio punto di vista, troppo morbida;- per l'uso sottopiede l'ho trovato molto scomodo in quanto ha una fossa al centro e quindi il massaggio non è omogeneo;- la sacca in dotazione non è adatta in quanto ne contiene uno solo.Se invece volete utilizzarlo per massggiare altre parti del corpo forse può andar bene tenendo in cosiderazione che il diametro della parte centrale è circa il 60% dell parte esterna (come visibile dalla foto allegata).L'oggetto arriva come in foto in una busta di plastica dove all'interno troviamo i due massaggiatori, la sacca in tela acrilica, ed un mini manualetto in inglese.Nel mio caso restituito.Grazie per aver letto questa recensione, spero ti sia stata utile.

Ich nutze die Massageerdnüsschen für Fußmassagen. Sie sind meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht weich, sondern sehr hart, was ich auch wollte. Die Noppen könnten jedoch noch ein wenig spitzer für meinen Geschmack sein - was nicht heißt, dass sie nicht schon spitz sind, ich habe nur sehr widerstandsfähige Füße, da ich schon mein ganzes Leben lang barfuß laufe, wo ich kann.Ich empfehle diese Erdnüsschen über Kugeln, da Kugeln leicht wegrutschen und es meiner Meinung nach anstrengend machen, die Füße zu massieren. Diese Erdnüsschen bleiben aber schon mit wenig Geschick am Boden und massieren mit ein wenig Gelenkigkeit nicht nur die Fußballen, sondern auch die Innenseite des Fußes.Absolut zu empfehlen für Leute, die Massagebälle für die Füße suchen. Nehmt lieber Erdnüsschen!

Da ich eine Blackroll habe und einen Igelball, habe ich lange überlegt, ob ich mir diese Massage-Nüsschen zulegen soll und ob dass dann wirklich so funktioniert, wie ich es mir vorstelle. Und - ich bin total zufrieden.Ich verwende diese Massage-Nüsschen sowohl für Fuß- als auch Handmassagen.Ich leide unter einen "Tennisarm" und habe bis jetzt einen Igelball gehabt. Aber die Handmassage war mühsam, da die Kugeln immer leicht wegrutschten. Bei der Fußmassage ging es etwas besser, aber auch hier rutschte mir er Ball immer wieder weg.Jetzt kann ich Handgelenk, Finger usw. massieren, ohne das was wegrutscht. Bin glücklich.Auch für die Fußmassage perfekt, da der Fuß darauf einen guten Halt hat und nichts wegrutscht und man auch hier sowohl die Innenseite als auch Außenseite gut massieren kann.Auch das mitgelieferte Sackerl finde ich sehr praktisch.Eine gute Alternative zur Blackroll, denn dieses "kleine" Massage-Nüßchen kann ich überall (zB Urlaub) mitnehmen.Für mich perfekt.

Per ora sto utilizzando solo la verde (chiaro) più soft per la riabilitazione post operatoria del polso causa fratture multiple e scomposte. Assolutamente un buon prodotto approvato anche dal mio fisioterapista. Utile sia x il recupero sensoriale, sia x il movimento e la coordinazione di mano e dita. Materiale soft/hard esattamente come indicato. La pallina Lacrosse la utilizzerò più avanti e quindi qui non mi posso ancora esprimere. Un dettaglio in più lo pongo se doveste avere delle cicatrici..ecco lì gli "spini" sono inizialmente un po' dolorosi. Ma quello purtroppo non dipende dalla sfera ma dalla cicatrice. Die beiden Massagerollen in Knochenfrom, blau und grün, haben eine angenehme Grösse für die Füsse und andere Bereiche .Blau ist hier recht weich, angenehm und dennoch effektiv ; Grün finde ich schon etwas zu hart, und ist sehr viel härter als blau . Trotzdem guter Massageeffekt, geht halt Richtung Folterwerkzeug .Material und Verarbeitung machen einen sehr guten Eindruck .Etwas enttäuschend ist nur der mitgelieferte Beutel ; es passt nur gerade so eben eine der Rollen hinein, nicht beide , also weder für Transport noch Aufbewahrung von 2 Rollen geignet .Daher 1 Stern Abzug, sonst prima .

Conocí este 'invento' cuando lo usó mi fisio y me dijo que se podía comprar por poco dinero, algunos consejos a tener en cuenta:- Es más eficaz en músculos "pequeños", es decir, para los cuádriceps o la espalda pues... hay mejores opciones.- Los "pinchos" de este producto son duros y deben serlo, de otra manera no serán eficaces (es lo que me dijo mi fisio, vaya).- Hay un montón de vídeos y páginas que ofrecen detalles de cómo aliviar tensión en determinadas zonas (pies, cuello, glúteos...), son muy útiles.

Sono talmente valide le palline di differenti intensità che ho comprato due set completi, così posso fare correttamente i miei esercizi di pilates per le anche e la schiena (verde chiara)..i massaggi plantari per la fascite (verde scura) e per finire gli esercizi per le mani (pallina nera) . Precisi nella consegna ed ottimo imballaggio. Molto conveniente il prezzo! Le consiglio assolutamente

Questo set di palline da massaggio a forma di arachide, composto a 1 pezzo in plastica morbida e 1 pezzo in plastica rigida, è molto comodo ed utile. Il materiale sembra essere resistente e di buona qualità e le "spine" svolgono, durante il rotolamento, un piacevole massaggio. Possono essere utilizzati per svariate applicazioni, come descritto nella confezione, ma io lo uso prevalentemente per massaggiare i piedi mentre sono comodamente seduto in poltrona leggendo un libro o guardando la TV. Date le dimensioni (ogni elemento è lungo meno di un palmo) non è ingombrante e si ripone ovunque. Ne sono molto soddisfatto e lo consiglio vivamente.

Yo utilizo la blanda para la tendinitis de la mano, rodándola por el dorso de esta.La dura de pinchos, apoyado en la pared y la deslizo por hombro, espalda, cuello brazo, codo. El codo sobre una mesa, aunque se escapa un poco y por eso coloco una toalla.Alivia muchísimo.Me van los pinchitos, así que la de lacrosse, no la he probado.No he tenido necesidad.Si fuesen más grandes, quizá serían más cómodas de usar para la espalda.

Ero un po' titubante (soffro di cervicale e mal di schiena da anni...), ma alla fine ho comprato le 3 sfere. Non avevo ben capito a cosa servisse quella nera tutta rotonda. Appena ricevute mi sembravano troppo dure. Ma una volta usate, sono perfette ed in base alla necessità uso quelle con le punte o quella tonda. Io direi che sono perfette!

Gekauft aufgrund einer Plantarfasziitis. Hatte vorher einen Igelball von einem Discounter. Dieser hatte sehr spitze und harte Stacheln. Das ist extrem unangenehm unter meinem Fuß. Die Igelbälle aus diesen Set haben abgerundete Stacheln und sind nicht so hart. Sehr angenehm für die Fußsohle. Allerdings eignet sich der hellgrüne Igelball nicht zur Fußmassage, da er zu weich ist. Inzwischen gefällt mir der Lacrosse-Ball noch besser, als der dunkelgrüne Igelball, da man damit punktueller die Verspannungen "angreifen" kann.Die Bälle haben einen leichten Plastikgeruch. Ich finde diesen aber nicht sehr störend, da man ihn nur wahrnimmt, wenn man direkt dran riecht.Bin zufrieden und hoffe nun auf Besserung.

i held off buying the self massage stuff for a long time thinking it was a waste, but im really glad i have these and use them daily. i have a foam roller and a massage stick but my massage therapists kept recommending a lacrosse ball too, so i got this set. its slightly more expensive than some of the other sets, but it comes with a mesh storage bag, which i find handier than storing loose balls, and it comes with basic use instructions, which i like because while its easy to search online, theres usually a lot of crazy stuff and I like having a basic beginner guide.these are different than the stick and roller because you can pinpoint an area and really dig in. when i first got them i used the hard spiky one on my back, dug it in and it felt good, however the next day i noticed my back was covered with red dots, as if i had a rash, from the spikes, so consider that. now i just use the hard lacrosse ball on my back mostly. these balls each have a specialized use hard smooth, soft and hard spikes. they are sealed so you could use them in the shower, leaning against the wall with the hot water running on you, or in the tub.

Die drei Bälle haben jeder unterschiedliche Härtegrade, so wie in der Produktbeschreibung beschrieben.Die beiden Noppenbälle sind noch mit mehr (dunkelgrün) oder weniger (hellgrün) Kraftaufwand verformbar.Der schwarze Ball ist Flummiartig, lässt aber so gut wie keine Verformung zu, sprich als Faszieball gut geeignet.Kunststoffgeruch nimmt man höchsten wahr, wenn man direkt an den Bällen sein Nase hält. Im normalen Gebrauche am Körper ist der Geruch nicht vorhanden.Ich bin zufrieden mit den Bällen.

Einfach gut und toll ... mein Mann hatte einen leichten Schlaganfall und er soll auch daheim mit einem dieser Masagebällen bezüglich seiner Durchblutung und Nerven an der rechten Hand arbeiten ... soweit alles ok und passt! Für die 3 unterschiedlichen Bälle ist ein kleiner "Sportsack" im Lieferumfang enthalten! Schnelle Lieferung nach Österreich ... empfehlenswert! Ich bekomme nichts für diese Rezension, sind alles meine eigenen Worte und ich habe das Produkt auch selbst bezahlt!
