Top come out a lovely colour

The results are very good the colour is rich and even with no blotching or spotting. I dyed 100% cotton with a 20 minute soak in the dye bath to achieve a rich deep Teal. When using this dye its important to remember the dye powder needs very hot water to completely dissolve. the salt must be fully dissolved before adding your fabric and the dye is from the USA - american pints/gallons are different to imperial pint/gallon measures.

I used this to dye one white top. Followed the instructions and even kept it in for longer than suggested but it came out a minty green colour, I personally like it but just a heads up to anyone wanting actual teal

Extremly pricy for all you get in the box, you will need to buy several if dying anything big. They do work but you need to know what your doing.

Came out OK, definitely read the instructions. I think next time I'll go for a washing machine one, just to make life easier.

I was excited by the colour choice. The dye process was fairly easy, in the washing machine. I followed the instructions and used white vinegar to set the colour, as recommended for silk fabric, instead of salt, as I usually would. Unfortunately, the colour runs each time I wash the garment so it is getting paler and paler. A bit disappointed.

I’ve used various brands of clothes dye and this is dreadful. It’s far too complicated and needs a 11L pot in which to boil water! It doesn’t come with the fixative, you have to buy that separately. If it had said that, I’d have ordered it at the same time! I’ve not used the dye yet because it seems such a faff!

Good service, colour is like the box. I used it on a cream woven counterpayne in the washing machine and It worked well and produced a consistent colour
