Bought this to monitor a potted indoor large lemon tree from Costco uk which are very sensitive to too much or too little water it seems. At first the iPhone app connected easily and found plant easily in plant database. It set up on China but linked into English and EU easily for monitoring. The only part not working was the light intensity which however high the reading, will only say with night coming on take a rest and see you tomorrow. This rest had worked perfectly for weeks now which was fine for me because plant looks healthy. But app suddenly wouldn’t connect and I lost the Bluetooth listing. I changed the battery and had the flashing connection light but still didn’t work. I deleted and reloaded the app, Turned Bluetooth off and back on but it still said no connection. I then changed region to China and though still no Bluetooth listing on my phone my lemon tree came back with all the settings readings showing on the app again. Well other than light intensity still not working. At least I can still use some of it and know when to water and fertilise 🙂 After a few days on China app all worked well again for EU and it had remembered all my previous history. Lemon tree now has new baby lemons growing. Just trust the monitor and do as it says and stay patient with its foibles 🙂

Flower Care 2 gave the fundamental answer to question what bothered me much -- am I watering my Mandarin tree too much or too less? It appeared, the tree was starving because of insuficient fertilization. Flower Care 2 saved my Mandarin tree!While the hardware of Flower Care 2 is excellent and slighty hinting Apple design, the software (the iOS app) could be more handy.
