mine came in soft but isnt full of stuffing and now i have to get stuffing. other than that it is good

The cotton inside is clumpy
I was not satisfied. It came to me in clumpy, wrinkled cotton balls that looked very shabby. It's supposed to be cushioned and very comfortable, but this is like a broken pillow😡😡

Cute and good deal for the price--but Understuffed!
Cute and soft and good deal for the $--but comes vacuum sealed and even after letting it absorb air, it is understuffed and so it doesn't quite look like the photos because the fin flops over, etc.We ordered a bag of polyfill, cut it open under where the tag is and stuffed up the fins a bit...
