Groovy Foods Organic Cool Oil Rich in Omega 3,6,9, 250ml

I read a magazine article about the founder of the Groovy Foods, Rosie. There was more to it than on the company blurb and she clearly had suffered a great deal from a debilitating condition. Having tholed a joint and tendon problem for many years I decided to give it a go as I couldn't hack the serious drugs the doctors insisted on giving me. The pain and lack of mobility was really getting me down. Rosie said six weeks and she was so much better. In six weeks my situation had altered dramatically. The constant pain had gone. I could move freely in so many ways. No longer did I shuffle along like a half shut knife. Back to cycling, hillwalking and skiing to name but a few.Am I a fan? Mmmm, let me think. Blooming right - this was a miracle for me.My brother in law was suffering from arthritic joints he tried the cool oil and it worked very well for him. Not so with my sister - she had a slight improvement. So perhaps it doesn't work for everyone but in my case - fantastic. Many thanks Rosie.

I chose this after reading an article about the woman who devised the oil.She said her joint pains had disappeared within a couple of months of starting to take 1 tablespoon a day. I thought it was worth a try as I have osteo-arthritis.I have been taking it now for 3 months and, so far, have not felt any great change, but I know these things take time and my arthritis is considerably more advanced as I am a pensioner!! I do know that it can be doing me no harm!! It'll be interesting to see how I feel when the weather turns cold again.I'm willing to give it a year and, if I remember, I will then update my review.I cannot just take any oil neat, and I'm best avoiding orange juice because of my arthritis, so I have mine in about an inch of apple juice and it goes down a treat.

I have used this before for a few years when cool oil first started and will continue to use it, can be used so many ways and great for getting your omega top up

This is a great product, which I have been using for several years now, it tastes revolting sovi mix it with neat blackcurrant squash 20 mls every other day since using it the pain I suffered from arthritis in my spine has greatly reduced, it is not a pain relief product but it does seem to alleviate it as a preventative.

FANTASTC results, within a week of starting to take it, there was huge improvement in my joints, as soon as l stopped taking it, ( only because l had finished the bottle and was waiting for the next to arrive ) the pains in my joints slowly returned, proof that it really does work. l highly recommend it to everyone who has a problem with joints. The most effective thing l have taken for my problem

I personally didn't notice any difference from taking this oil. I took it daily for a month and nothing looked or felt different. It also has an odd, mildly unpleasant taste like it isn't fresh, somewhat bitter and chemical and musty, perhaps I got a bad batch? Unfortunately it was pervasive so I couldn't mix it in with other food. Wouldn't try it again, I'll stick with my usual healthful oils brands.

I have been taking this product since the company was started. I used to buy direct from the company, then they changed so I had to get my supply where ever I could. I once asked my doctor if I should stop,she said no. It works for me.

Good but has a slightly bitter tang. Mixed this with other oils.
